Lovely service, clean spacious room with large ensuite. Views of the city, central location. Great stay!

Very nice staff and it is clean and comfortable. Every time when we come back, we can feel very relaxed. Outside is cold but our place is warm and we can have very relaxing hot shower. There is free internet and there are many T V channels and movies to see. I can keep in touch with my family overseas. Kids and I can enjoy movies together. The location is very good. It is in the city and very convenient to take public transport or visit tourist information centre to join tours. There are lots of warehouses, depar**ent stores, shops, cafe or restaurants around. I recommend anyone to stay at Launceston Central Apar**ent Hotel.

We had stayed here about six years ago and were keen to again take advantage of its central location. One of the attractions for us was to book an apar**ent which had its own laundry facilities. It was a shock on arrival to find that such facilities had not been requested by the agent who made the booking. We were grateful to the Reception staff who were able to move us to an apar**ent in line with our expectations. The comprehensive facilities in the apar**ent that we were moved to met our needs. The availability of unpaid adjacent on street parking outside working hours was very helpful.

Was a large, fully equipped apar**ent with laundry, which was great. The beds were clean and comfortable with fresh white linen and towels were soft, fluffy and luxurious. However there was build up of mould in the main shower cubicle in easy to clean areas, the fabric lounge was covered in stains as were the carpet squares, and the air conditioner was spitting out particles/dust. In the twin room, the spare pillow had hair on it, and there was rubbish on the window sill behind the curtain. The apar**ent had little noise protection from neighbouring units or the nearby clock tower that chimed more than regularly (note they provided earplugs in the lift but i can't sleep with nor would choose to stay somewhere that required you too). While staff were friendly and helped were they could, most of these flaws could have been easy fixed with a decent all-over deep clean.

I stayed as a single occupant for a business trip. I didn't need parking and was only staying for one night. The room was spacious and comfortable. It was clean and well equipped. I liked the canvas prints of Tasmanian landmarks. While the fan in the bathroom sounded like a cargo plane taking off, it was easily forgiven as it was only needed when having a shower. The toiletries supplied seemed lovely but I only used to body wash and soap - there was body wash, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, shower cap, sanitary bag. The bed was comfortable. In the firmer side but I like that. Plenty of comfy pillows. Location was central - the name doesn't lie. I was able to walk easily to many parts of the city. The little details really amplify a stay in a hotel. At Launceston Central it was the fact that there was ear plugs available in the lift. I had forgotten mine and can't sleep without them. Saved me a trip to the chemist!? My biggest regret about my stay is not grabbing the name of the person at reception when I arrived (5:30pm, 14/09). She was personable, authentic and engaging. Employee of the month material. I especially enjoyed her work on a crochet unicorn!!

We found the shower with hair in it from previous guests, old clothing on the top of a cupboard, and grotty window sills with lots of smoke butts left outside of them. These were our first impressions of this property which was disappointing.

I booked this accommodation for the last few nights on our honeymoon and was not happy at all. The room we were put in was dirty, it had stains all over the carpet, the wall was patched up using masking tape and overall, the room just looked terrible. We had a non-refundable booking so weren't given any of our booking money back even after the state of our room. We were in the room for 5 minutes before leaving and booking somewhere new - some sort of refund should have been offered. So disappointing and was out of pocket for new accommodation.
