Very helpful event staff Fazil benjie ervin and mavic who helps all through out the event. Also, I will never forget the two ladies Jenelyn and Karissa who’s in the lobby smiling and assisting all of the guest especially when i entered in the lobby its so great to see them in the lobby.

老闆很豪爽，機場接送，包飯，在海外能吃到中餐還是很好的。

1.酒店地理位置不錯，打車停車蠻好！ 2. 酒店標間佈局挺好！ 3. 酒店走廊香精味太濃了，不太適合外籍人士。 4. 酒店10層餐廳很不錯，比規定時間遲去也可以（10:00-13:00都可以）而且非常豐富！ 5. 酒店一樓很大 接待客户開會都很方便。 6. 酒店前台服務很專業很禮貌。

The hotel is very nice and it has a lot of facilities. The staff are very welcoming and are always ready to assist guests. My hotel room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very nice and clean and I am glad it came with a bath! The resting area where the swimming pool was, was a very relaxing area. The only negativity I would hold is that the wifi is not very reliable and it always cuts out. I had a business meeting in my hotel room. I was able to complete it but with difficulty. Luckily I had topped my phone up with data, so I was able to use that. The breakfasts are mediocre as the cuisine primarily caters Arabic cuisine and western choices are very scant. The food was nice enough though. Thank you very much once again for everything.

In general, the staff were friendly, but seems to need more training and experience in service providing. Sometimes I would feel when asking for a service or item, I had to repeat myself or explain and still the message was not clear. They just need more experience. The good: • The room itself was fantastic. Very spacious. The beds are super comfy and you never want to get up! • Clean • Great TV size • Plenty of electrical outlets including USB, so all your power needs for your devices are met with room to spare. • Very good lighting. • Lots of storage space for your clothing and other items. The bad: The bathroom! • Very poor water pressure. It takes forever to shower. • No moveable showerhead, and as mentioned before, with poor water pressure, this was an experience to forget. • Bathtub is not easy to get in and out of, and if you have any mobility issues, this will be a big problem. • A very shallow sink. Whenever you turn on the tap, water bounces off the sink and splashes everything. So you will get lots of water on your clothes. • Very high toilet seat. Anyone under 170 cm will have their feet dangling when using it sitting down. If they can address the bathroom issues, they can make staying there a great experience.

酒店在市中心，地理位置絕佳，房間設施比較新，早餐非常豐盛，在利雅得來説早餐很出色，但是房間特別小，價格偏高。

這個房子早餐什麼的我覺得還行，沒有別人説的那麼誇張，沒有的吃。最起碼我記得這裏還有牛肉丸子，其他同等價格的賓館可是沒看到過，頂多有雞肉或者牛肝什麼的。 但我覺得這個賓館最大的問題在於空調的設計，我訂的雙床房空調正對着床吹，而且空調的聲音很大，這樣睡覺時候根本受不了，太冷了。 其他的真還好，利雅得的賓館很貴，這個價格算是比較好的了。

如果的士司機對周圍不是十分熟悉的話，這個酒店可是有點難找的哦！網站上顯示的電話號碼和房號也並不十分的可靠。但是，這個酒店坐落的地方卻是十分的優越的，它位於（哥倫比亞）奧拉亞地區的中心地帶。購物中心，政府大樓以及醫院等都包圍在這個小小的地方四周。酒店的服務不僅十分有效率，而且價格也是很優惠而合理的。當然啦，酒店服務員也是十分彬彬有禮的！

酒店實際2018年已開始營業，而網站上的2019年開業信息有誤。整體裝修與設施水準在3星，舒適度低於全季酒店。淋浴房沒有安放沐浴液的地方，排水有問題，每次洗完后整個衛生間都是水。酒店位置在新區，距離市區有一定距離，早餐的種類比較少。主要收到了攜程網站信息的誤導，性價比不高。

احسن فندق وجدته من حيث النظافة ومن حيث الجودة واستقبال الموظفين وتعاونهم وقربه من حي السفارت ووجود المسبح والچيم ورتابة المطعم واللوبي وشراحة الفندق والغرف الوسيعة والخدمات كذلك واخص بالذكر الاخ صالح وبقية الكادر والاخ عمرو. .. وفقكم الله
