No problem

The history of the hotel was unique. Staff was extra nice & helpful. Did not like when using towels to dry of from my shower. I was covered in bath towel lint. It looked like I had put on another layer of clothing on.

Terrific location. Our suite was newly renovated and nice, small. Breakfast was free but not very good. There were other terrific food options on the same block.

We stayed in the Victorian Suite, and it was amazing! The suite is much bigger than the photos let on. The jacuzzi tub was so relaxing, and the rooms little fridge, coffee maker and microwave was great for storing and re heating leftovers. The "Continental" breakfast was way more food than expected. Each morning I was able to make an egg, sausage, biscuit,and gravy scramble bowl. There are 5 different coffees, and they have waffles made to order. The basement of the hotel has a sepakeasy with live music, cocktails and a very chill atmosphere. We plan on staying there again!

Greeted upon arrival. Already paid so checkin was easy. Given two free drinks at bar. Room was comfortable and clean. We were in the Flower room. Decor appropriately. King bed comfortable. Plenty of towels and ammenities all in place. Older building. No elevator. No biggie. Great lounge with live band. Drinks a little expensive. Free breakfast great and lots of options. Hot and cold options available. Check out at 11 a.m.

Enjoyed NYE 2024 all night stay and event in the basement cellar. Entertainment was good, food good, event located right next to hotel. Hotel clean, bed comfortable, goos free breakfast. We'll be back for a summer visit.

Our stay was fabulous in every way...this an awesome place with wonderful people who go the extra mile......this is right in the middle of shopping and the facility is a great bang for your buck...a wow experience

My husband walks with a cane and they gave us a room where there was an elevator for us to come and go. Lovely place to stay, friendly staff, breakfast was very good. Loved it, will stay again when we are in the area. Thank you.

We had a wonderful experience with a clean room, friendly staff, and welcoming atmosphere. We utilized the shuttle for transportation to wineries and our driver Renee was awesome. We will definitely be back!
