Un boutique hôtel dans une petite ville nichée au milieu des vignes sud africaines. Luxe et simplicité. Chambre donnant directement sur la piscine. Tout est présent pour nous satisfaire. Verre d’accueil, bouteille de champagne, café, thé… une jolie adresse pour se reposer (il y a aussi un spa mais nous n’avons pu le tester faute de temps)

Eigentliche müsste es heißen Welcome Home, denn dieses kleine Stückchen Paradies ist mittlerweile wirklich eine kleine Heimat mitten in Südafrika. Ganz Robertson strahlt eine unheimliche Ruhe und Geborgenheit aus. Und dieses Hotel ist die Krönung. Wir waren hier schon einige Male und jedes Mal wenn wir wieder kommen, werden wir mit der einen oder anderen Kleinigkeit auf's Neue überrascht. Man muss nichts Besonderes erwähnen, hier ist alles perfekt. Wir freuen uns schon auf Januar, da sind wir wieder da.

Wir waren im Februar da und total begeistert. Von außen sieht das Hotel in der Tat small aus, aber die Zimmer sind unfassbar schön und ganz aussergewöhnlich! Ein grosses Bad mit Fenster zum Zimmer und davor der Pool, in den man quasi vom Bett aus springen kann!! Das Personal ist super freundlich und die ganze Atmosphäre ist sehr herzlich und persönlich!! Die Betten sind sehr gut, das Frühstück hervorragend und unser Auto wurde über Nacht unaufgefordert gewaschen!! Alles in allem ein wunderbares Erlebnis und wir werden bestimmt im nächsten Jahr wieder kommen….

Superb stay. Clean and neat room with an amazing bathroom. Coffee and tea amenities in the room. Breakfast spread is great with very friendly staff to match. I'd highly recommend this property. There's loads of wine estates to keep you busy for atleast 2 days.

We stayed at Robertson as part of our garden route trip. Selecting the Hotel as part of the living journey collection. We are fans of the Hotel group. The whole experience from check in to leaving was a pleasure to enjoy. Everyone had a smile and seemed totally committed to providing a superb service and a memorable experience for us both. Nadine was outstanding, nothing was too much trouble. It’s one of the few in the hotel collection that offers an evening dining option. For us, the experience was exceptional. The produce used and the skill in making each plate of food was exceptional. Our room which had a pool outside the patio was outstanding. Great use of space and extremely comfortable. The breakfast we enjoyed was also delicious. What a great team the Hotel has! Even when retrieving our car we noticed it had been cleaned overnight and was sparkling in the car park. Lovely touch. From our trip one regret is that we didn’t stay in Robertson for longer to enjoy this hotel and the surrounding area. Robertson is fantastic and the hotel is exceptional as well. Don’t miss out.

The BEST! Everything was perfect. I loved the attention to detail, from the decor, bedding, design, to how the staff treated us, as royalty! My favorite part was definitely walking into the swimming pool from my room patio. Everyone was so helpful and attentive to our needs. highly recommend and will definitely be back.

It is not what it was before. This was the best place to stay in Robertson about two years ago. I booked a room and when I arrived it was not the one I booked - mine was next to where the personnel stays. You cannot sleep because of all the noise. The restaurant is not Ruben's - far from it. The rooms and bathrooms are still beautiful, but I am not going there again.

The pillows was good and the bed i really enjoy is very clean and friendly for any reason to visitor you can come with kids and also come as businesses meeting the bedding are also clean the room are also good and the service is also good the are friendly

Beautiful setup, lovely rooms with beautiful funusher, I loved our room s from bathroom to our bedroom beautiful, excellent service, nice menu uptions , the view we had from our room, lots of activities I will be going back for my next holiday

We booked in for my aunties birthday and we had the time of our lives, services we on a high and we had some much fun, the employees are very friendly and very helpful. It was just one of the best times we had there. People should go check it out....

Excellent service and friendly staff, the hotel is situated in the safe location. Food and wine was very nice, clean rooms.spar staff knows their work, it was relaxing. General experience was excellent and at par level. I can easily refer this hotel to my colleagues.

It was one of the best experiences I’ve had. The hotel was beautiful with beautiful views. The staff was exceptionally friendly and was always attentive. I enjoyed the food the as well and can’t wait to come back and try other stuff. It was awesome

We had so much fun here, staff wer friendly and welcoming, helpful, view was great, place is clean and quet place to be relaxing and stress free, food was nice and it comes on time, linen is clean and smells very nice, the whole place is very clean
