匹茲堡機場/羅賓遜鎮萬楓套房酒店(Fairfield Inn & Suites Pittsburgh Airport/Robinson Township)

Was not aware the pool and hot tub was under construction; we were able to use the hotel next door. It was still an inconvenience because we booked here because of the amenities. Asked for additional linen and was told there was none in the hotel as it was all being used.

When we arrived our television had no signal. Reported to the front desk clerk. Nobody came to look at it like she said. The next shift came on duty, he actually came to our room himself since there was no one on duty from maintenance. He couldn’t get it to work. Spoke with the dual assistant general manager in the morning about getting some type of refund, she said she would be willing but we would have to take it up with ******* since that is who we booked our stay with. Her name is Heather Mecannic. To spend over 200 dollars on a nights stay with no television is un called for. Hoping you will correct this. Thank you!

Our stay was excellent. Room was very comfy. only complaint was that the pool was under renovations while we were there. Also the breakfast options could use some improvements.

Staff available 24 hrs. Comfortable beds, clean rooms and great shower. Breakfast was tasty, offered a good variety.

Everything was fine except the beds were horrible. For that reason alone wouldnt go back. Staff very nice.

Arrived at my 3 pm check-in time. No rooms were ready, none. I needed to get ready for a wedding. They pointed me to the public bathroom. So, no shower after a 5-hour drive. There was a large group of people who were also waiting. I had a handicap room. Tiles were loose and missing in the bathroom. Absolutely nothing complimentary, not even water in the fridge. They had a free breakfast. Much of the food tasted artificial. Time for check-out, I brought two of my 3 bags down. I parked close to a side door (handicapped remember). Could not get back in with my card. By 9 am it was no longer working. Walked around the building to get in, and had reception re-activate it. Oh, the indoor pool was closed too.

This is a nice property. The staff are not overly friendly - I think the woman checking me in said 3 words to me - but the place is well located and clean.

The only problem was the last day the tv said no signal. So we had no tv.

Clean and comfortable room. Good breakfast selection. Nice hotel and friendly staff. We would come back.
