底特律-奧本山/羅切斯特山紅頂酒店(Red Roof Inn Detroit-Rochester Hills/ Auburn Hills)

The price was too much for what was received. Dirty towels left in the room from previous guest.

We never actually got to stay. There was a problem with their computer system and then a power outage and the system didn’t come back up. We waited in our car in the parking lot until about 1am when the clerk told us he could not pull up our booking nor give us a key… it was sad… and it was Christmas morning so we had to go sleep on the living room floor at a family member’s house nearby. Even though we booked the room weeks in advance. We also received no real follow up the next day or anything for our troubles. Also no other hotels in the area had a room available at 1am…

They say they are 100% smoke free but as soon as I opened the door we were instantly hit with a Smokey smell and when we left the next day there were people smoking right outside their doors even though they say “there’s a 200$ fine for smoking in our directly outside your room”. And when we opened the restrooms door there was a lot of burgers on the wall cigarette ash on the door stopper (the bathroom had the worst smoke smell) and there was a red stain on the wood floor don’t know what it was but not great also the door has the thing were you can flip over and even if the door opens it won’t fully because it will stop the door but the thing that does that is broken off. The picture is of what I’m talking about.

Didn’t even get to check in; front desk employee said they couldn’t find my reservation!

There needs to be some attention to the parking lot in the stairways and banisters where there has wood that is rotted

furnace was too loud, ear plugs didn't help, dresser doors were broke. took 3 trys to find a room at check in that were cleaned,very fustrating.

There is a young white boy with curly hair who works the day shift, I got to my room and I didn't have towels, I went to the lobby and this boy told me that in 5 mit he would bring me the towels personally, I never received them, I went back to go 2 more times and he always told me the same thing, it's a big lack of respect, the next day I had to go again and the same boy was there and he told me that in 5 mit I would take them, I told him that he had told me the same thing the day before and he had never received them, he said again that he was carrying them, he never carried them either and when I went back at 5 mit this guy had already finished his shift,it's Disrespectful ,,,like WOW,,,, the only one who helped me was a very kind Hispanic girl,,the other is a child with no responsibility in his work, incompetent LACK OF RESPECT, HORRIBLE

Nice place for the price and location! Only thing they lacked on was not enough towels, the light shades being dirty and no hair dryer. Would stay again!

I stayed at this inexpensive hotel for 5 days for work. The first room I got had a sink the dripped and and didn't drain plus the microwave didn't work. However, when I requested a different room, I got one one that was fine. The bed was very comfortable The area was safe and next to MacDonalds were i walked for coffee every morning. I would stay there again for the price
