My husband and I stayed here for a couple months with Mayo Clinic. It was so convenient to be connected to the subway. The staff are fantastic. Leslie and Cheryl brightened each morning with smiles and a delicious breakfast. Maria and Aimaris were the best housekeepers, always doing fantastic job! Ron and Zach in maintenance were so quick to respond and friendly. The front desk staff always greeted us and were accommodating, especially Ashley and Dan. The whole team is fabulous! Thank you to everyone! Facilities were easy to use. My husband had no trouble with wifi working out of the hotel room. We would definitely recommend this place.

This hotel is an excellent choice if you are a Mayo patient. The subway makes getting to appointments a breeze. The breakfast is always good thanks to Cheryl and Lindsey. The employees go out of their way to make you feel welcome, especially Ashley M and Zack. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Wow! What an experience! The staff here are simply the best. From the front desk, to the kitchen, housekeeping, and maintenance. We were here three weeks and felt at home. The front desk even decorated our room door to help our daughter celebrate her birthday. Thank you all! We would love to give a shout out to Cheryl & Leslie for a delicious breakfast each morning, Zach for his smile and dedication to the maintenance, April, Ashley, Dan, & Andrew at the front desk for keeping all things moving smoothly, and Adriana for our clean room each day.

The friendly, helpful staff made our stay 5 stars. Andrew and Ashley at the front desk went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. They were above and beyond. The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast had hot and to-go choices, and the ease of access to Mayo was amazing.

Ashley at Residence Inn Mayo was extremely helpful with reservations. During a hard time with medical issues it was a blessing for Ashley to be kind and help out with everything from parking to breakfast to modifying and making reservations.

good location to the Mayo Clinic. rooms are decent and the price isn't bad. Don't forget that you can take the elevator down to "s" (for subway) and walk right to just about anywhere you want to go concerning the mayo clinic. wonderful down there!!!

Upon finding out I had chosen the wrong hotel (I wanted the south residence inn), Ashley M had been understanding and helped me check out easily and without any early cancellation fees! If I need any stays at downtown Rochester I will be coming back. Thank you!

Had a great experience staying at the Residence Inn right next to the Mayo Clinic (Methodist Campus) in downtown Rochester. The staff were HELPFUL and pleasant, especially Ashley at the front desk. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is wonderful (thanks, Lesley). The breakfast area is a nice get together and out of your room space.

I was at Mayo for a bunch of tests. The room was big and clean, breakfast was plentiful, and staff was friendly. Things didn't go well and Ashley M was so sweet. getting my reservation changed, caring about me and even getting me ice. She really helped me in a very bad time. Thanks,

An excellent choice if you want a large clean room close to Mayo main Clinic (minutes walkable) with super friendly customer service. I mean everyone that works here will make you feel welcome; all the front desk staff, breakfast room, housekeeping in the hall. Yes, it’s looking worn and needs a refresh which IS coming with late fall 2024 renovation - new beds & furniture included, reportedly. But my room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Also the breakfast bar was extremely clean and well stocked even at the end of the breakfast hour, which is rare. Outdoor patio with new furniture on 2nd floor was nice place to read. The subway walk downtown from hotel is closed May 28 - June 18, 2024 for construction. It’s only .2 mi about 4 min walk outside or there’s shuttle pick up.

Best hotel stay I’ve ever had, Ashley M at the desk was SO great, made sure we were well taken care of and always greeted us coming and going, having appointments at Mayo the stress is high and she made us feel at home every day. We will be back because of Ashley M

I had a wonderful trip and Ashley M was the best host anyone could ask for. We appreciate the hospitality at your hotel from the yummy breakfast to the clean rooms everyone was good and we will be back soon to stay again. This is home away from home thank you Ashley and staff

The absolute nicest people work here! I can't say enough about the personable service we received from Ashley at the front desk and Leslie and Cheryl at the breakfast bar. Their kindness and sincerity made my trip to Mayo feel like home. The hotel was clean, hospitable and food was delicious. It was conveniently located connected to the warm tunnels that aloud us to get back and forth to my appointments.
