The stay was comfortable both nights. The first night I found a pair of slippers under the bed when my phone fell. I'm a house keeper also so I have a tendency to check areas. The second night I found small stuff. The queen size beds have floor bases so nothing could fall under the bed, so I found the stuff against the boards. As a former manager, I would say HK just needs to be more efficient in getting those spaces. Both rooms were comfortable and clean, otherwise.

The room it’s self was nice! I wish they would update their website to state the hot tub was broken and had been that way for sometime now. The day staff (blonde gal) was always on a personal call when we’d go to the desk. Also our room key card wouldn’t work every-time so we’d have to go get new ones. The over night gentleman was very kind and helpful!

I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone! Our room did not have a blowdryer- just the holder on the wall where there should have been one. The mattress was so uncomfortable. I didn't look but it felt like I was sleeping on a large cheap piece of foam. It was all lumpy. Our air conditioner didn't work- first night the temperature was marginaable. Second night it was 80 degrees. Called the general manager who was very nice. He cleaned the screen and it seemed to be working as well as possible when he left the room. But the air conditioner then went back up to 80 on its own. Tried to call again and no answer. So tired and beet having been at a trade show working a booth the entire day in horrible heat, not to mention I'm in poor health, I absolutely needed sleep so I could get up at 5am to go back to working the show. My business partner tried to fix it, I just layed really still and prayed I would be able to go to sleep. I finally did until I woke up sweating and just decided to get up. We both looked terrible the next day with a great lack of sleep. Also, the coffee brewer in the breakfast area continued to act up...so many unhappy people. It would work, then not work. The coffee came out as super hot brown colored water It was awful. I didn't really look at the food, I don't think there was much there and I heard people complaining about cold egeggsThe ONLY good thing I have to say is that a new employee of India/middle east descent brought a hair dryer to my room

I liked the location of this hotel. While some parts are in good condition, some are not. I did not think that I booked an accessible room, but that is what I got. It was not what I was expecting as far as an open floor shower. Even though the hotel claims to be non-smoking, we had smoke coming into our room from out side. The air conditioner was very noisy and it was 90 degrees outside.

It was the worst experience. When we first walked in it had a weird smell then it took then a whole hour to find a room because a lot of the rooms that they where putting there guest someone was a originally in it. Then when they got us in the right room our key would not work so they had to manually have to open the door for us and then we had to wait another 30 mins so that they can give us a key that would work. They told me that I would get compensated for one night before the pool incident. I never got that money back. Then later that night we went swimming and I glass in my foot and then they had to close the pool the only thing they said is sorry. Breakfast was horrible orange juice was just watered down. Overall I would never stay here again and that they are not organized nor professional.

This property was sub par you definitely get what you pay for with this property. Now with that being said it is definitely convenient to dining and shopping and to the Mayo Clinic the staff didn’t even speak any English and we could not get towels or toilet paper from housekeeping. There was all of 1 towel in our room there were holes in the door and walls the pool was out of towels for almost our whole stay. There was an African American young woman who worked the front desk during the day ( I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name) that was really great. We stayed for 6 nights and 3 times we had to get our room keys recoded because they didn’t work

Very impressed! Super clean & quiet. Staff was friendly, nice & helpful. Full breakfast bar & plenty of hot water for showers. The building itself is showing some wear & age but they keep it up and we have no complaints. We will definitely stay there again!

when arrived we found soiled sheets (feces or bodily flood) was told could not get new sheets replace for second day, at first told staff "if I could not get replaced for next day stay"...I DEMANDED that they be replaced...hotel finally agreed...would recommend that this placed be removed from from ******* LIST...worst experience ever.

The room was reasonably priced, quiet and clean. Nothing fancy. Only one lamp for light. Breakfast was standard cereal, toast, waffles and yogurt. Nothing fancy but filling. The hot tub is in a state of disrepair and there is no plan to fix it.

The only issues we had was the key cards dodnt work properly. Took at least 3x or more to get into your room. Lastly the air conditioners even on high you feel very muggy in your room until in the middle of the night. People were friendly and the place was always clean.

Got to our floor and the carpet was waterlogged. They had two loud fans right outside our door running all night both nights we stayed. The hotel is cheap so didn’t expect much but it was ridiculous to be put in a room where we had to listen to that all night.

Staff were great. Housekeeping very friendly. We chose hotel for pool and it was closed. I wish we would have been notified since we had kids planning on using it. Beds comfortable. Good breakfast. Sliggtly rundown but clean

The heating/cooling systems needs to be replaced ASAP. Baseboard heat was hard to control. The front of the window air conditioner kept falling off. Mattresses were lumpy. Bathroom had nice updated.

Our room was nice. Plenty of room, cool, quiet. We were well pleased they offered a free shuttle service to Mayo. They provided a schedule for pickup at hotel and Mayo.
