Clean, spacious, walking distance to Mayo and restaurants, etc. It’s pretty much apartment rooms in a hotel attached to Mayo and Galleria via skyway. It’s also about 15 min from RST so very convenient. Also, a little over an hour away from Mall of America with accessible Ubers within one mini tree.

Full kitchen with appliances. Nice living room and king size bedroom. Perfect for longer stays. Recommended

We have stayed in this hotel many times. We are always impressed with the facility and its cleanliness! The staff is helpful and friendly. We will continue to stay on any trip to Rochester in the future. Highly recommend for families or singles, especially if you have appointments at Mayo. The skywalks are a game changer in the winters and the outdoor jaunt in the warmer weather is fantastic. During the summer months the Thursday street vendors are an enjoyable experience.

Not only the tallest building in Rochester with great views, but also the most prestigious and comfortable hotel in the area. The staff was professional and accommodating.

If you want a small apafrtment that is ver comfortable and with UNBEATABLE location near Mayo Clinic. Yo can get to most restaurants within the skywalk wothout going out in snow or rain, this is the place. Price us very reasonable too. Fully recommend it!

Highly recommend! Everything was great, very spacious 2 bedroom, 2.5 Bath apartment, with washer dryer combo, plenty of closets, Full Kitchen everything as advertised. Very clean! Connected through skyway system! Great apartment for the family. Will definately stay here again when in town for Nationals next year!

Easy check clean rooms easy access to Mayo. Kitchen was very nice to have. Check out was very easy. Front desk and house keeping were very accommodating.

since many years I enjoy coming back to this place several times a year, the only negative points: fitness center only opens at 6.30 AM, no breakfast availability, otherwise everything perfect

We came to Rochester to go to the Mayo clinic and stayed at the Broadway Plaza. it was awesome how the hotel was hooked up to the Mayo Clinic and we didn't have to go outside to get there. the parkade is hooked up to the hotel and our rental car never got snow on it and was easily accessible. the room was very clean and had everything we needed for the week stay, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

We needed a place for a small family to stay for a couple of days close to the Mayo Clinic. . Having 2 quiet separate bedrooms and a nice living area with dining room and full kitchen made our stay very pleasant and comfortable.

All our expectations were fully met, Exxclent Apartments, staff and location where for the last several visits since 2015 till February 2024 we only stay at this property as we feel that we are at home in safe environment with everything is close by

Nice , quiet , clean and lovely place to stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, I needed extra kitchen pot they brought it to me in 3 minutes. One of the best thing of the place is , it's location.
