羅克福德希爾頓花園酒店(Hilton Garden Inn Rockford)

Rooms were contemporary and well supplied. Convenient arrangement for quick access for an overnight stay.

The only thing causing me to give a lower rating is the ac/heating unit was messed up and we were unable to use due to it sounding like a jet taking off and landing while it was on. They would've moved us, had we asked, but I was there for a big surgery and switching rooms wasn't worth it. So, we just asked for a box fan and tney had one so it all worked out. Each staff member was so nice and friendly and went above and beyond to be helpful. The hotel itself is very updated and beautifully decorated. The rooms were very clean, well stocked and roomy. Oh and the food frok theor restaurant was 🔥. Will definitely stay here again when I come back soon.

No complimentary breakfast like my booking said and cold shower . Let the water run for half an hour still no warm water. When I checked out the guy at the counter said oh yes we have been having trouble with that.

Everything was clean nice and updated. Pool was good and the free breakfast was excellent!

The hotel was really nice, my room was clean and had all the amenities I needed. My only complaint is that the Bar didn’t open until 5pm.

Everything was nice except we couldn’t close our lines I guess the remote was not working we like it to be dark in our room

I didnt like that breakfast isnt included in the room but the breakfast was amazing. So many choices

Location was easy to reach. Hotel was very clean and the staff: dining (fabulous), housekeeping and front desk were all welcoming. If I’m area will stay again and recommend.

There were check in issues. ******* and Hilton need to work together better. We purchased insurance through ******* and were under the impression that our credit card would not be used until check-in. The hotel tried to use it and access was denied because we had an issue with attempted use by an unauthorized user so the company put a hold on the card. Hilton said that they were unable to contact us because of not having information. A month earlier we booked a room through ******* with a smaller hotel and they called to see what time we would check in to the hotel. Very disappointed in Hilton's access to the same information.
