羅克福德希爾頓花園酒店(Hilton Garden Inn Rockford)

Very nice and clean rooms, the pillows need some Upgrading but other then that we enjoyed our stay!

I could not get the jets to work on the jetted tub. They was the whole reason that I booked that specific room. Other than that, everything was great.

Beds were rock hard but hotel was clean except for some little fellas looking for a free stay. See pic below. Pretty gross. Clerk at checkout was unfriendly. Asked for coffee and he pointed and said down there. A sign said no more coffee. A lady in the kitchen came out of the kitchen with a big smile and graciously filled my cup. Disappointed pool was closed at 10am. Wanted to do a morning swim. Same rude hotel clerk said he didn’t know why it was closed.

Pool was awesome for the kids! staff was good, breakfast was good but should be a sign out that explains it is not complimentary and is restaurant style.

Rooms are clean and well configured. Lobby is spacious, bright, inviting and comfortable. Their fitness room is not super large, but I appreciate them having a complete set of dumbbells, a peloton and a rower. My common complaint, which I DO bring to their attention, is that their pillows are pointless. Off how something that looks to have volume can immediately disappear when you lay your head on it. 2, 3, 5 pillows... still just fluff. I asked for a firm pillow when asked by the front desk how they could better accommodate me after the 1st night, and none was given by the time I got to my room for the 2nd night.

Great stay but was charged 6 times for the deposit which cost us alot of valentines budget

Rooms were contemporary and well supplied. Convenient arrangement for quick access for an overnight stay.

The only thing causing me to give a lower rating is the ac/heating unit was messed up and we were unable to use due to it sounding like a jet taking off and landing while it was on. They would've moved us, had we asked, but I was there for a big surgery and switching rooms wasn't worth it. So, we just asked for a box fan and tney had one so it all worked out. Each staff member was so nice and friendly and went above and beyond to be helpful. The hotel itself is very updated and beautifully decorated. The rooms were very clean, well stocked and roomy. Oh and the food frok theor restaurant was 🔥. Will definitely stay here again when I come back soon.

No complimentary breakfast like my booking said and cold shower . Let the water run for half an hour still no warm water. When I checked out the guy at the counter said oh yes we have been having trouble with that.
