Cleaner than most but I think new Reno or newly built

This was nice and affordable. The only thing bad at this time was the tv programming didn't work. We told to reset the box. Upon doing so we saw a roach. Resetting the box did not resolve the issue, it got worse and when we told the desk about these issues upon check out they said they'd make a work order. Also a couple nights around 2am there was load slamming of doors and yelling that frustrated our dog.

This place feels like a prison you have to show your id all around to move around. My comfort was destroyed just off that fact then the hot water didn’t work

I wasn't sure how to rate service. The hotel is essentially unmanned. I interacted with a kiosk to check in. The hotel looked to be empty (2-3 cars), yet for some reason we were booked into the third floor. Not really a problem when the elevator is working, but it wasn't. The room seemed to be clean-ish, but there were a bunch of dead flies all over the floor and some on the bed. There was a previously used bar of soap stuffed back into its wrapper and on our sink.

Very clean room and comfy bed. Bathroom had been remodeled and was very nice.

Always great and would never stay anywhere else when visiting family in Rockford!!! Happy New Year! 🙏

Didn't like anything had to check out at five in the morning because there were bed bugs.

Check in was quick and easy. Pool being closed was a bummer. Appreciate how bright the parking lots are at night and security cameras around the building.
