i had been in communications with Tammea from CBD apartments discussing the possibility and request for a refund as circumstances had changed last minute and accom was no longer needed. she said i needed to go through Wotif. As we were returning to our hometown, I went onto wotif website to commence refund as advised from CBD, and wotif website stated that a total cost of stay was not able to be refunded as per CBD policy. I was disappointed that Tammea did not advise this when I was in communications, and that wotif wasn't able to assist with a refund. this resulted in a total loss and a dissatisfied customer.
