The toilet is bad and water stopped working sometimes, the room ambient is bad.

We are traveling to visit friends and families and stayed at this hotel. This place is nice and clean. Staff here are very supportive and helps is every matter. The public commute is very near and shopping Center is in a walking distance. Highly recommended

The room was musty and humid with a bad odor. When I told the front desk, he brought me to another room and it was equally bad! The phone and tv remote didn't work, the door didn't lock, and the sheets had stains on them. I really was creeped out and afraid to fall asleep. The building/place needs some serious TLC. The decor and lighting are really unpleasant, old and lack taste. I would wait until they do a makeover before heading back anytime soon.

My experience at Extended Stay America, Rockville has Great Service, the staff has been great and very nice. I definitely recommend staying at this location if you want great customer and you old be minutes away from the rio. Bhuwan and the staff is very kind, helping and available and ready to serve you.

I still remember that day when my window curtain was falling down and you helped me in switching the room. Now also when I need somebody’s here I found u and u helped me. Really appriciated your doing and the way how you treat guest was better than best

Bhuwan is the best associate in this location who always supports customers with a warm welcome.this is my home for my stay coz I always visit this location.and I love being treated with what they greet.definitely would recommend this location

The facility is excellent in terms of coziness, bed size, kitchennette wares (microwave, pots, cups and plates, etc) in working state, room and bedding cleanliness, and ambient atmosphere. The facility is also near to convenient stores, has an excellent and quick access to Interstate 270. The staff at this property are very friendly and supportive.

Bhuwan is a great customer service representative who deserve better and best. This was my first visit in this location and I am happy with his service at welcome. The manager Rajesh is also a very helpful guy. Wishing all the team a good luck. Next time I would to see Bhuwan promoted

The location was perfect for my needs and to visit my family and friends. It was close to both shopping and restaurants. My son and I used the kitchen for lite cooking and making coffee and soup. Everything was very clean. People working here are very helpful

During my stay at Extended Stay America, I had the pleasure of interacting with two exceptionally kind staff members, Wahzama and Buwuhan. Both went out of their way to ensure that my experience was comfortable and enjoyable. Wahzama was always ready with a warm smile and quick to assist with any request, making me feel right at home. Buwuhan's attentiveness and friendly demeanor added to the positive atmosphere, and I could tell that they genuinely cared about the well-being of their guests. Their kindness truly made a lasting impression, making my stay all the more memorable.

Bhuwan was very kind at the front desk.It took a while to pay on my end but he was very patient and helped me, I was lost to find my room and he completely understood that I was tired so he showed me where my room was.Would recommend book with extended stay hotel again
