On 2nd floir a riim next to me or near by was loud abd obnoxious up till 3:30 am the phone dud nit work , i used cell and got hold of desk finally the noise stopped. I had literally less than 4 hours rest. I complained and felt like they could of comped me a free stay or at least half off a stay in furure and they were rude and refused.

La ubicación está excelente para ir a varias actividades al frente en el lago, es muy lindo todo al rededor y el hotel en general bien

Está muy limpio me parece un buen lugar familiar y tiene un buen desayuno 👍👍👍

Muy buen hotel, todo nuevo y muy buen servicio, la zona esta muy padre con varios restaurantes a 5 minutos caminando.

What a delightful stay at this hotel! The staff were so welcoming and helpful, making check-in a breeze. The sundry shop was well-stocked with anything a guest could need. The bar and lounge area exuded cozy charm - the perfect spot to unwind with a cocktail. As a family, we appreciated the kid-friendly amenities. Beyond the hotel's many comforts, the premier location truly impressed us. Just miles from Amerisport and walking distance to fabulous shops and restaurants, we couldn't have asked for a more ideal spot. With its wonderful accommodations and unbeatable location!

We traveled on Christmas day so options to eat were limited. We enjoyed our full bar service and SHEREE. She made Christmas day fun. Will definitely return.

The hotel was really close to the Harbor, which had food and entertainment nearby. It was a very comfortable and nice hotel for a family stay.

Staff was so friendly witch made the experience so much better. Thank you to the staff.
