We were displaced from our home and our insurance company put us here because we needed a kitchen and laundry to be comfortable, but our room is nothing more than a studio with a kitchenette. Cannot really cook meals here...2 burners, microwave and no oven. Carpet is dirty, worn and the air conditioner makes a horrible sound like an alarm going off. Would not have been my choice

Don't believe the information that you see or are told by the reservation desk. The online said it was being renovated, not. The reservation desk told me breakfast was included, not. TV was the smallest made; I think. 2 Outdoor security doors were propped open with rocks 24 hours per day. Place had a musty smell. Bed was fine. Front desk persons were fine. Room had minimal lighting. Bathroom sink looked like it was ready to fall off wall. The carpet was dirty my white socks got very dirty just walking around in the room. See the propped open doors, dirty socks, and bathroom sink separating from the wall. You ask, why did we stay there. Rooms availability was tight and we stayed a second night due the hassle of finding another room somewhere else. I do not recommend this hotel in it's present condition of neglect.

DO NOT STAY HERE! it’s so gross. Stayed in first floor and a group of men sat outside my window talking and smoking and it made my room smell so bad. Everything is old and NOT clean!! This should NOT be an IHG hotel.

This hotel went above and beyond to make our Reunion wonderful. We rented multiple rooms and the Convention center. Everything was immaculate. The staff was warm and friendly and helped us with everything we needed. Would highly recommend the Candlewood to anyone visiting NW Arkansas.

Room was badly in need of a facelift. No ice bucket. A/c didn’t work and a very drippy faucet at the kitchen sink. We came back to the room for a second night to discover that there had been no maid service. No mention of that prior. Folks at the front desk were really nice and did have clean towels and coffee for the next morning.

We arrived at 5:15p after a 10 hr drive. We couldn't even rest and relax or go out to dinner because the room was disgusting! The bed was very wrinkled including the pillowcases. You could tell they were not fresh sheets. There was moldy coffee in the coffee maker. The trash can under the sink was overfilled with cups from the previous people who had stayed. There was no remote control for the TV-- the front desk lady had to give us the one from the lobby. And even then, the power button didn't work. I always wipe down hotels with Clorox wipes ever since the pandemic -- as I was wiping surfaces, so much dirt and stains came up, it was absolutely filthy! The front desk lady, Adriana, has been the only highlight of this place. She is always sweet and smiling and friendly and she attempted to send up housekeeping when I told her what was going on. It's still took quite a while for housekeeping to come up and when they did, as we were watching them clean, it was very clear that they do only the minimal. There was a language barrier and I couldn't ask them to do too much, so after they left, I still continue cleaning myself. The manager was not available until the next day after 3:00 p.m. . While he was polite, it seemed like it was just one excuse after the other while I was telling him the concerns. He didn't offer anything to make the situation better, only stated that his general manager was also aware of the situation. That was 2 days ago and I have not heard from the general manager either. Only IHG did anything to try to help, by giving us some extra points and they stated that they documented everything and escalated to upper management of this establishment. I would never stay at another candlewood suites again in my life! We are IHG members and have never had an issue before until now here in Rogers, Arkansas. Very disheartening.

Very poor stay not happy satisfied here with my stay..keep getting locked out of my rooms. Noise in hallways I like my hotels quiet. Noise near my window by roads traffic. Staff was rude Sawyer and Diana and Managers Stephanie all they want is your money. They won't give you no towels to shower with once per weekly is shower all you get. I was falsely accused of my service dog pooping in the hallways. First of all he is train to potty outside. He don't potty inside by No means. Housekeeping didn't want to hardly clean my room. Who cares about the virus rooms needs to be properly clean to keep germs down. They told me I could wash my hotel dirty towels in their laundry room I said Excuse me that's NOT my job it's the hotel staff to wash and dry guests dirty laundry do your jobs you lazy rude staff team members.. Go elsewhere dont be treated like dirt here or other places.

Poor terrible lomg term stay living here from March 2020 til 7/2020. Was checked in friendly for a few days then Young guy Salter started being rude to me his attitude the way he talked to me. Having issues with my key lot gettong locked out of my room. Noise from neighbors on middle of hallways complained about it don't think notjing was done about it it got worse I requested to move to upstairs 4th floor better more quiet. Diane was rude to me complained about me to Stephanie manager they only want you to use sane nasty wet bacteria towels for 7 days they yelled at me for exchanging my towels every 2 days said it was too much cost for them to wash n dry. Said my services dog pooped in hallways No my dog didn't my dog is a housedog trained ..Stephanie told me if I didn't like it to check out so I found a better hotel not far away we moved there was treated a lot better somewhat go elsewhere guests if I was you.
