本頓維爾南羅吉斯麗怡酒店(Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Bentonville South - Rogers, AR)

First 5 seconds in room there was a roach on the air conditioning unit.( I killed it for them) Took forever to get ac working. Upon further inspection of the room. We requested handicap accessible. It was not. It Was on third floor(luckily there was an elevator, and no handicap accessible bathroom. It has a regular rub shower combo, with is not good for someone that has trouble getting in and out of shower. There was stuff on the walls and floor, so it was obvious the room was not cleaned well if at all. I had a better room and less of a hold on my credit card staying at a competitor that was cheaper and very handicap accessible. We won’t stay at a Radisson again. Very disappointed.

Very small cozy little hotel with great home vibe. Loved the stay there.

Booked a room of an app. App didnt say anything about the pool, hottub, fitness room, and elevators were out of order. Still had to pay full price for room.

The hotel staff were very pleasant and professional. Everything was very clean and comfortable, and the hot breakfast was great.

Not bad for the price but could use a refresh. This room had stains on the curtains and carpet and smelled like it had been smoked in at some point. Shower/bath nozzle didn’t fully work. Things like that. But a fine stay.

Sorry that the pool and fitness center was closed, but things happen. Easy to see, difficult to drive to, missed the first turn in.

Very clean and comfortable and front desk was very accommodating. Probably the most quiet hotel room I’ve ever had. My only criticism is the breakfast was very basic.

Room was amazing and very modern, with the exception of the bathroom, which seemed outdated in comparison to room. Very clean though. Breakfast was decent, staff was friendly and stay was perfect! Definitely enjoyed hot tub and heated indoor pool!
