There are 6 apartments in the building owned and managed by a single owner. For larger groups you can book more apartments. Beautiful new house with apartments ALKAR is located in peaceful place Ražanj, very close to Rogoznica. Apartments are stylished decorated, great choice for familie with kids. Apartments have a swimming pool, terrace with barbicue and seating are. All apartments has their own balcony. Also, we have a gym and kids corner for playing. First beach is just about 200 meters from apartments.Parking, wi-fi, air-condtion and tourist tax are included in the price. All apartments have equiped kitchens with disgwasher. Also, bathrooms have wasching maschine.In the groundfloor, there is 3 bedroom apartment (6 + 2) , each room has a bathroom.
