A casa de banho estava preta, tanto o teto como a banheira e raramente havia papel higiénico. O quarto era extremamente quente, impossível dormir. Mesmo eu tendo visto uma esfregona a ser passada no chão todos os dias de manhã ela já estava tão suja que acho que só fazia pior, o chão estava imundo. Á chegada tive que esperar que me abrissem a porta, a recepção estava vazia, como sempre, não encontravam a minha reserva e ainda se começaram a rir quando eu respondi que já tinha pago a estadia. Não posso dizer que o moço que estava na recepção e fazia as limpezas (era o mesmo) fosse antipático mas era sem dúvida pouco prestável e pouco profissional. O hostel foi muito difícil de encontrar apesar da excelente localização a sinalização era horrível.

I stayed at Hi Termini for two nights, and picked it because of its low cost as well as proximity to Termini station (its directly opposite, so if you have any transfers via the station, it's ideal). I was abit anxious at first due to the poor reviews that the place has online, but decided to give it a chance nonetheless. I was pleasantly surprised by it. It's a really small hostel with a few rooms, some of which have attached bathrooms and some don't, so you have to use the common bathroom. It's clean and is cleaned daily. Beds are comfortable. There are also some lockers that you can store your stuff in and lock. Toilet paper and handwash soap, as well as towels are provided at no extra cost. My room faced away from the street so i didn't have to deal with that noise. Ahmed was very helpful and went out of his way to ensure that the guests were comfortable. It is not a "happening" hostel as other places may be, with loads of daily activities or a common room to socialize. But it is a decent place to stay for a few nights. My major issue was with the shower that had low pressure and didn't get very hot. Also the rooms didn't lock, you were just given a key to the main door & hostel door, so if these were left open, someone can easily come in and take your stuff.

Perfect location. Walking distance from Roma Termini. I am surprised to see all those negative reviews. I was with my girlfriend and stayed only for one night. Room and bathroom were cleaned. We found tissues in the bathroom but not sure about the towels if it has to be rented. The guy who checked us in was very professional and accommodating.Overall our stay was good. It’s very affordable price, close to Roma Termini, good WiFi, sockets were closer to the bed, heater inside the room, lockers as well, attached bathroom. I couldn’t ask more this budget. I would definitely come back and stay here.

This hotel is a joke, we arrive there around 11:30 pm. The hotel was out of rooms so we lost our money by booking this hotel. I don’t recommend the service at all. We had no where to sleep that night.
