Affitta camere in posizione centrale (ghetto ebraico), pulito nella media. Personale disponibile. Alcuni difetti nella doccia (rumore mentre ci si lava) e quando si accende la tv si sente un ronzio di sottofondo.

我和幾個朋友（4人）預訂了這家酒店，入住日期是2025年10月12日至16日。 4月初，我們收到一封電子郵件，說他們取消了我們的預訂。儘管我們多次聯繫他們，但他們沒有給出任何解釋，我們至今仍未收到近1000英鎊的退款。糟糕的客戶服務！ ！千萬別預訂！ ！

CLEANER STOLE MY APPLE WATCH FROM THE ROOM. When I approached the staff about it they just ignored any possibility that it could have been the cleaner as they were the only person in the room when the watch went missing. Nobody pointed out any safes in the room. Absolutely shocking treatment from the staff. Nobody expects to go on holiday and lose valuable items and then nothing be done about it. That’s me out of £500 and they have done nothing about it. Shocking. DO NOT STAY, CANNOT TRUST THE SECURITY OF YOUR ITEMS!

They left us standing on the side of the road for 3 hours at check in. They would not answer the doorbell, the phone number or messages. We ended up needing to pay for alternate accomodation at the last minute and drag our suitcases through the city. We also had to cancel our plans for the day and it was overall just awful. When we did speak to them they were so so rude and basically told us they did not give a fudge. This is the worst accomodation I have ever dealt with.

Just a 2 night stay at this hotel and it was perfect for what we wanted, the staff couldn’t be more helpful and welcoming. It was very clean and house keeping was in every day with clean bedding and towels. Location was good in a quieter area but still close enough to everything and still lots of stuff around the hotel. Taxis there were plenty and we also used the bus and metro to go to the beach which was absolutely beautiful the lido. Would definitely stay here again.
