獨特旅館(Unique Guesthouse)

Avevo prenotato la stanza per delle amiche, al loro arrivo la chiave della stanza non c’era più perchè altri ospiti avevano già occupato la stanza. Chiamo il proprietario e mi dice che c’era stata una doppia prenotazione per la stessa stanza. Mi sono arrabbiata e gli ho fatto notare che la mia amica aspettava da un’ora fuori dal bnb e come risposta ho avuto questa “dai non è grave!”. Dopo un’attesa di due ore e infinite chiamate riesce a trovare una soluzione: una stanza in un altro bnb. Assolutamente da evitare: inaffidabile, superficiale e maleducato.

Bad Experience. extras fees. super noise, Horrible place , 4 levels with bag/no lifts, degusting common toilets, the owner is so rude, the Receptionist no speak English, mod on the walls , doors bang all the time.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This accommodation should be avoided at all costs!!! I chose this accommodation because of its location near to the station (1st mistake). The location is so bad that I cannot compare it to anywhere else without fear of offending other places, it is a very scary & threatening area. I informed the accommodation of our arrival time & this message was acknowledged, however, when we arrived we could not get access to the building. We rang both telephone numbers and neither was functional, I messaged via *********** & received no reply. After about 20 minutes we were let inside by another occupant opening the door for us. The entrance to the building was absolutely filthy, there was litter everywhere & bikes discarded all over the place. There was no signage to indicate where the accommodation was located which meant that each floor had to be checked to find the accommodation. We decided not to use the lift to do thid as we had already witnessed the lift not working, the person using it had to get out of the lift & mess with the main controls on the wall??? I eventually got a reply via *********** stating that he was on his way, I informed him that we were in the building & he told us which floor the accommodation was located on & he provided a code for the keysafe so we could get into the accommodation & our room to wait for him. We gained access to our room which had wallpaper peeling off the walls, the shower was absolutely filthy with hair everywhere. The air con was not working & there was no safe to safely store our valuables. The windows have some kind of film stuck onto them so we could not see out & the fridge (where I presume breakfast ingredients were stored) in the shared kitchen was dirty with mould on the shelves. A male arrived to take payment, which we paid via credit card, then he left. We stayed a further 20 minutes (the time it took to locate & book somewhere else) then left ourselves. I also checked this accommodations page on *********** to see if the pictures used were actual pictures of the accommodation. It was at this point that I found that this accommodation no longer takes bookings via ***********!!!!! I wish I'd have checked before this point - massive red flag!!!! Once in our new accommodation I messaged this accommodation via *********** to inform him that we would not be staying at his property & that we had left the key in the keysafe. I received a reply that stated "any problem?", to which I replied with my list of problems - I received no response until 3 days later when I received a generic message along the lines of "Thank you for staying with us. As you are due to depart in the morning please can I remind you that check out is at 10am, all reviews greatly appreciated". I replied stating that we had not stayed at his accommodation, that we had found alternative accommodation & that I would indeed be leaving reviews on every website I could so that nobody else

Was in a bad area of town, shower was dirty and you had to pay for new towels.
