犀牛宮殿羅馬客房酒店-讓·努維爾設計(Rhinoceros)

A excellent welcome. Wonderful design for the hotel and room. If you want something a bit special and different this is it. I have stayed in many hotels and found this one very special and would stay again. The breakfast is only bread, coffee and a few other little bits, but that’s very common for the culture. o think this place stands out for also good since rooms to say you are near the very center of Rome. The reception is a simple Small staffed desk but it’s like a great concerge service.

Mi hermana hizo una reserva con el Hotel Rhinoceros a través de booking para cuatro noches (22 al 26 de marzo 2024) en Roma para celebrar el 20 cumpleaños de su hija. Había organizado este viaje con mucho entusiasmo, pero el día antes de salir de Madrid, tuvimos un problema familiar muy grave y desafortunadamente tuvieron que cancelarlo. Llamó tanto al hotel como a booking para ver si les daban alguna solución. Booking por su parte se puso en contacto con el hotel, pero no consiguió ni que les devolvieran algo del dinero, ni que les guardaran la posibilidad de ir al hotel en otras fechas. Tampoco Booking le ha enviado el resguardo con la cancelación que mi hermana le ha pedido en cuatro ocasiones, ni tampoco lo ha hecho el hotel. Por cierto, en el momento que ella se pone en contacto con el hotel, le dicen que cancele y mi hermana lo hace pensando que se lo habían dicho para darle alguna compensación. Cuál fue su sorpresa cuando al día siguiente ve que el hotel ha puesto su reserve en booking, de nuevo, con un incremento del precio de 700 euros. No sólo se han quedado con el dinero de la reserva, si no que el hotel ha hecho negocio si esas cuatro noches han vuelto a reservar el apartamento, cuando en realidad estaban ya pagadas por mi hermana. Me reservo las palabras con lo que definiría este mal hacer. Por otro lado, mi hermana se ha puesto en contacto con el gerente del hotel para explicarle su situación, el cual, ni se ha dignado en contestarle. Uno de los recepcionistas del hotel con los que ha hablado le ha recriminado osadamente, 'si ha sufrido un problema grave en su familia, no sé cómo puede estar reclamando dinero', con el consiguiente asombro de todos. Nadie sabe las situaciones que hay detrás de cada persona como para opinar tan alegremente. Podría seguir contándoles, pero no quiero aburrirles... ¿Es esto un hotel de cinco estrellas? Bueno, es lo que pone cuando vas a reservar. Me imagino que según las fotos, las instalaciones serán de esa categoría, pero a lo que humanamente se refiere y por cómo se ha sentido tratada mi hermana, no se merecen tener ninguna estrella. Los sitios los hacen las personas, no sólo las cosas. Tengan cuidado, que no es oro todo lo que reluce

Wow, what a place! Had an amazing few days at the Rhinoceros Rome. The staff were amazing, friendly and very attentive. The location was great with the majority of the main historical attractions in walking distance. Now the room..... If you like old meets new architecture this is the place to be, restored old features married beautifully with new fittings and technology, plus it was kept amazingly clean throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend to family and friends for their trip to Rome.

Hotel limpo, quarto muito bom com excelente estrutura. Entregam café da manhã no quarto todas as manhãs e tudo que precisar. Um elogio especial à equipe do hotel que é extremamente atenciosa! Nos tratou muito bem em todos os momentos. Nota 10 pra tudo!

This hotel met our expectations and we will definitely stay there again. The staff could not do enough and were exceptionally friendly. The beds are very comfortable, a nice shower, fully equipped kitchen when we wanted to cook at home, and we had a breakfast basket of pastries delivered every morning that we enjoyed with the fresh orange juice and coffee that we were able to make with the facilities provided. Close to a metro and we walked from the hotel to all the sights.

在開始地中海巡遊之前，我們選擇在羅馬犀牛酒店住兩晚。我們不可能做出更好的選擇！這裡坐落在馬克西穆斯競技場(Circus Maximus) 附近的帕拉蒂尼山(Palatine Hill) 旁邊，是一片安靜的綠洲，數座古老的古蹟僅幾步之遙，步行過橋即可抵達Travestere街區，風景優美，那裡有許多酒吧和餐廳可供選擇。我們超現代的套房非常豪華，服務無可挑剔且友好。我們特別喜歡在房間裡享用安靜的歐陸式早餐，配有奈斯派索咖啡機、葡萄柚和新鮮的糕點/麵包果醬籃，並可俯瞰古老拱門的美景。對於那些想要做飯的人來說，巧妙的隱藏廚房設備齊全。屋頂酒吧享有羅馬的美景並提供清爽的雞尾酒。我們搭乘計程車到了羅馬競技場區域，但也可以步行，後來從萬神殿步行回來，需要多走一段路。
