Great location, very comfortable property. Street noisy and busy therefore it is messy. No reflection on property.

We absolutely loved how close you are to everything. It’s such a beautiful place as well. We loved to look out the window. It’s such a cute area.

Location is great, easy access to Spanish Steps, and much more, but it is a Lundy street with a stream of traffic in the day, and loud folks in the night. Nothing that can be controlled. Staff were very kind. We liked the place very much but had difficulty with the electric door lock to our room, and the power must have been blown at 1:30am-2:45 when neighbors came back but was fixed without delay. I would return with a lesson on how the door locks.
