橋樑套房住宿加早餐旅館(The Bridge Suites)

Nini es la mejor anfitriona que recibe y atiende a los huéspedes. Se preocupa por ellos, es atenta, amigable, el hospedaje es increíble te dejan cafecito, las instalaciones del cuarto son muy buenas, todo me pareció excelente incluyendo la zona y sus alrededores. The best!!!

We were not impressed. Building is located between two “pedestrian only” streets so our taxi had to drop us off 2 blocks away. We pushed all our luggage in the rain to the building. There’s no sign indicating “Bridge Suites”. We stumbled upon a tiny name plate over a not obvious side entry but no one responded to “buzz” us in as we stood in the rain. After a while, a guest from another apartment happened to exit the building so we gained entry to the building only to have no idea where the suites were. The entry contains a dumpster with organic matter and the floors and walls are dirty. I climbed 4 of the 5 flights of stairs and found a locked door that read Bridge Suites. Someone came to the door but spoke very little broken English so communication was difficult at best. The shower looks nice but there’s no shelf to set toiletries except onto the slick floor or is a towel hook within reach of the shower. The bathroom trash can lid did not work, nor did the closet safe. Breakfast was not included as per their website; nor did we have a view of the castle or rooftops, just interior alleys. There are only 5 rooms. Cheap down alternative comforters looked good but didn’t breath so we didn’t sleep well. There’s a little elevator for the building but you have to climb 4 flights of stairs when others leave the doors unlatched. Advertised “shuttle service” meant they called for a taxi but made us pay the 65 euro fee when we could have taken an Uber/Taxi to the airport for 50.

El hotel queda en una excelente ubicación frente al castillo de Sant Angelo, cerca del Vaticano, Coliseo y foro Romano. Actualmente el edificio completo se encuentra envuelto en andamios y obras, está en construcción (por lo cual no se pueden abrir las ventanas porque da directo a la obra) El ascensor da miedo. Parece muy antiguo y sin mantenimiento. Ni hablar de los escombros de las obras que hay actualmente. En el piso del hotel recién hay una persona encargada que está hasta las 16hs después el ingreso es totalmente solitario. La habitación es lo único que vale la pena es realmente cómo se ve en las fotos, súper bien para dos personas, cama cómoda, cuarto limpio y moderno, ídem baño y accesorios de ducha. Hay minibar tambien, caja de seguridad y plancha por si acaso es necesaria. De noche no hay luz en la cuadra salvo la del hotel. El desayuno se sirve a una cuadra del hotel y no es bueno. Ni ellos saben bien que ofrecerte, el café es agua el tostado no tiene relleno, el jugo no es exprimido. Es muy de paso para resolverlo y arrancar el día con algo en el estómago. Recomiendo este hotel si todos los puntos anteriores no les son relevantes. Sino, esperaría definitivamente hasta que la obra termine. De haberlo sabido no hubiera venido a este hotel.

Super accueil, chambre propre et joliment décorée.

Abbiamo alloggiato 3 notti in questa struttura, che si trova in una posizione molto strategica per visitare la città. Lo staff è stato cordiale e molto disponibile: abbiamo usurfruito del deposito bagagli sia al primo che all’ultimo giorno per poter girare il più possibile senza le valigie. La camera era spaziosa così come il bagno, lo standard di pulizia molto alto. Non abbiamo avuto nessun problema durante la permanenza, forse qualche piccolo rumore proveniente dalle camere vicine ma che non ha creato alcun fastidio. I letti sono davvero comodi, a differenza di ciò che viene riportato da altre recensioni a riguardo: non abbiamo avuto alcun problema di comodità. Inoltre non abbiamo usurfruito della colazione convenzionata in quanto ci sono stati dei problemi interni ma ci hanno fatto un generoso sconto per ovviare al “problema”. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

The property is modern and clean. It is a good location to stay as it is closer to Vatican and about 1 mile walk to Colosseum. The restaurant nearby is pretty loud till midnight. It was not easy to find the property as it does not have signs on any wall. It is just a name plate near the door.

room was small, no face clothes and toilet seat was loose as well as faucet, needs more maintenance. Staff was great and location great but noisey.

Everything from the room to service was perfect - the only topic that makes the stay to a 4 star vote: it is extremely loud at night so you have to sleep with closed windows.

Great property for walking around major Rome sites. They need to remove description of room that says “free breakfast” because there is not (and, no, they did not discount room even though we booked with understanding of free breakfast). Also, some noise at night due to popular area. Staff nice and friendly!
