德米特拉凱皮託里納酒店的評價

我的兒子（上小學）和女兒（上初中）在義大利旅行時入住了這家酒店。 飯店距離特米尼火車站僅幾分鐘路程，地理位置優越，附近有餐廳、小型超市和投幣式洗衣房。 雖然飯店有浴室和衛生間，但我們住的房間沒有空調，只有一個吊扇，所以晚上到達並進入房間時非常熱。 我們從白天到晚上都在戶外，從晚上到早上氣溫下降，所以我們不得不打開窗戶才能保持涼爽。 在羅馬，如果地點優先，飯店價格必然會上漲，所以這家飯店是個不錯的選擇。 我們可能會在仲夏之後再次入住。 雖然很多評論都比較刻薄，但酒店員工很友好，沒有出現任何問題，但我認為對於經驗豐富的旅行者來說，這家酒店應該不成問題。

Very close to the rome termini station. Toilet have unpleasant smell most probably come from the floor trap. There is no kettles and iron in the room. I was told that i have to pay extra if want to use the air conditioning unit

We arrived and were given the wrong room key. Then we were told that air conditioning wasn’t included in the price. Nowhere on the booking this was mentioned. After I complained they handed us the remote for the aircon and told us to give it back at the end of the stay, like we were going to keep it! The shower had mould in the tiles(like all other hotels we stayed in on our trip). I will never stay there again!

良かった点 ・ローマテルミニ駅からすぐの所にホテルがあること ・シャワーが個室化されていて、水が外に出ないので思いきりシャワーが浴びられたこと 悪かった点 ・毛布にシミが付いていて使う気になれなかったこととテーブルの下に綿ぼこりが付いているなど清潔感に欠けたこと ・通りからの声と共用トイレの音がうるさかったこと 良かった点、悪かった点、料金を総合して10点満点中6.5点です。

Es decepcionante el trato que se me dio el recepcionista de la mañana es un falta de respeto me trató muy mal aparte que no me dejó tomar el desayuno xq según no lo había pagado cuando yo pague el desayuno x los 2 días de la estadía yo le podré mi reserva y me ignoró que no la había pagado tuve que imprimir la reserva y postearla al chico de la noche cuando él me dijo que si que yo tenía desayuno incluido. Y las dueñas del hotel quería resolver el problema con un café tenían que pagarme el gusto del desayuno son una sinverguenza también . Yo pagué algo que no me sirvieron aparte mal trato del personal .

房間非常乾淨且寬敞。乾淨的浴室，水壓好，熱水充足，效果非常好，尤其是在這個寒冷的冬天。 我強烈向大家推薦這個地方。 他們的員工非常友善且樂於助人。地點很棒特別是如果你要趕早班機場巴士或早班火車。 這是一棟維護良好的老建築，我很欣賞飯店對浴室/房間進行的一些升級改造。 感謝 Demetra 酒店的每一個人。

這是一家美麗的古老但維護良好的酒店，位於市中心，附近有許多商店和餐廳。所有工作人員都非常友好和專業，我期待將來再次光臨。 床很舒服，房間有窗戶，可以欣賞風景，很適合觀看人們，如果需要的話還可以呼吸新鮮空氣。 入口處漂亮的吊燈和燈光營造出一種浪漫而溫馨的效果♥️🌹♥️🌹

優點就是離火車站和去機場的大巴站近，方便出行。設施比較老舊，電梯像民國時期的，手動的。出去後不關門，別人就用不了。被面什麼的太陳舊了可以直接扔掉了。

The both shift receptionists I met were super kind, friendly, and helpful. Pro: location, elevator, fan in the room, hot shower. You can ask the receptionist for hair dryer. Also, you can leave your luggage after check out and pick it up later, which is very convenient! They have breakfast service from 8-10 am for 10€ but we didn't try, coz we woke up late. One thing to note: you have to leave your key at the reception always when you leave. I didn't ask why but maybe for security reason, I didn't lose any stuff so I'm happy. There are safe lockbox in the room. These factors make my stay very happy!

The only thing good about this hotel is the location. Very convenient to get around and there were a lot of food places. The service quality varied, depending on who is manning the counter. Most of the time, the staff was not too interested in our query or request. Facility was bad, the bath tub was leaking, the bathroom will flood every time we take a bath. The towels were not clean (stained) and on warm days, the staff won't allow us to turn on the air con. The shower screen was too short, and the bar holding on the shower screen detached easily. The hotel price is not worth the experience we had. Won't recommend this hotel to anyone.

員工粗魯無禮。房間髒兮兮的，滿是污漬，衣櫃裡的衣架也髒兮兮的。摸起來真噁心！它們甚至都壞了！我要求賠償，只得到了部分批准。沒有沐浴露和洗手液。我只好自己去要。感謝詹弗蘭科先生，他從前台聯繫了業主，要求退款。

Location was the only reason we choose this hotel. The room we had didn't have any fridge, kettle, hair dryer etc. The ceiling fan was noisy and the beds were dusty. We had very bad experience and it was so expensive to stay in a hotel that charged so much without providing proper facilities. Staff was not friendly and we don't feel welcomed at all. Won't recommend this hotel to anyone.

非常經濟，位置非常好，如果您想要了解羅馬而不是在酒店上花很多錢，那麼這個地方很棒
