皮亞澤塔馬爾古塔家外之家酒店(Piazzetta Margutta - My Extra Home)

L’appartement est de bonne grandeur, c’est plutôt rare pour Rome et il est très bien situé pour aller visiter Rome à pieds. C’est aussi un endroit sécuritaire. Cependant, nous avons dû attendre plus d’une heure avec nos valises pour que quelqu’un vienne nous accueillir (nous étions dans la période où la réception est ouverte cependant) et il nous a donné très peu d’info… C’était bruyant aussi et très sombre dans l’appartement. Ils fournissent vraiment juste le minimum car nous avions réservé 5 nuits et avons dû acheter notre papier de toilette car ils en mettent un très bas minimum et n’en fournisse plus après (nous avions demandé) et apportez vos produits nettoyants pour le corps car c’est vraiment limité. Aucun kleenex ou papier essuie tout dans l’appartement.

There was a heat wave in Rome of 110degrees Celsius and we notified them 3 days in advance( 2 days past allowed cancellation) that we changed our itinerary and were not coming to Rome for our 3 night stay due to my husbands inability to be in such a heat wave due to a heart condition. ******* called them 5 times, we emailed them 3 times, included a medical note from his cardiologist- but they would not budge- no credit for future stay, no partial refund!!! No excuse for such policies when peoples health is at stake!!!

The home was very clean, in a beautiful building and neighborhood with so many wonderful restaurants to choose from, including in the building itself. We walked everywhere except to the Vatican and the train station, but there are taxis available everywhere. The check in was great, even after-hours, and Luigi and others were always available if we had any needs. Great stay!

Awesome place. I had read some negative reviews recently and was concerned. We had a two bedroom unit and Luigi was absolutely the best. He gave us an orientation and upon reading reviews about the washer/dryer, he gave us instructions on how to use the machine and we had no issues. It is not America so the laundry does take 3 hrs to complete a load and capacity is half, but enough to clean all the underwear for week long trip. The terrrace was a big bonus too! There is a safe in the room, a guard and multiple gates so we definitely felt safe and secure. Great location . Only 7 mins from the Spanish Steps metro station, 15 mins to Trevi Fountain, 20 to the Pantheon and a 30-35 min walk to to Vatican and the Colosseum. Piazza Popolo is around the corner and literally a 3 min walk where there is a taxi stand. There is a wonderful restaurant directly downstairs called Babette, which I highly recommend. It our the best meal in Italy.

We had an amazing time at this property! Everyone was very helpful! Via Margutta is a lovely street in Rome! The location is perfect.

Le séjour se passait bien jusqu'à ce que nous essayons d'utiliser la machine à laver qui était défectueuse. Tous nos vêtements étaient bloqués. Nous avons donc appelé le réceptionniste (Luigi), qui lors de sa visite, nous a accusé d'avoir cassé la poignée de la machine et souhaite que l'on paie 60€ alors qu'elle était déjà dans cet état. Après plusieurs échanges avec lui, nous lui avons informé que nous n'allions pas payer une machine que nous n'avions pas utilisé. Luigi nous a confirmé que nous n'allions rien payer et qu'il suffisait d'envoyer un mail et qu'un technicien passerait la réparer dans la journée, sans précisions d'horaires. Deux jours après notre départ, nous avons reçu une réponse de la manager qui nous a informé qu'elle avait prélevé la somme de 60€ pour réparer la machine, alors que ce n'était pas ce qui avait été convenu au départ. Nous sommes très mécontents et très déçus par cet établissement qui se vend comme du haut standing, d'autant qu'il n'est pas du tout irréprochable en termes d'équipements défectueux (douches cassées, fuite d'eau, machine bloquée, rideau cassé, stores cassés...).

Great little apartment with washer/dryer (all in one) and balcony. Location was great. Lots of shops and restaurants near by and everything was a quick scooter ride away.

Great place just had problem with billing as they overcharged me . As a golf member I contacted ********** they confirmed the overcharge than basically said we cannot do anything about it .
