I booked the reservation a few weeks beforehand, but when my girlfriend and I arrived at the door no one answered. Eventually was able to get in contact with the manager on WhatsApp who said they overbooked and didn’t have a room for us. No emails or calls beforehand to let me know. The manager then booked us 2 days at a different hotel and 2 days at another place. The manager said he/she would cover the cost of our Ubers getting to these different hotels after cancelling on us. When we followed up about getting refunded for the taxi cost the manager quit responding. Frustrating experience to say the least.
