We stayed here for four nights in June of 2025. The location of the hotel is generally good for getting to some of the more noteworthy site (Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, etc.). There's a metro station around 8 minutes walk away, which opens up most of the rest of the city pretty well. We walked from here to the Vatican, which took around 35 minutes, but would be less than half that by cab. The surrounding area is great for clothing shops, but the food we found nearby was mostly so-so, and frequently over-priced tourist fare, though I'm sure if you walk a little farther from the hotel you can find some good options. The room itself was booked for a family of four, and was comfortable. The bathroom and shower had good water pressure, and the AC worked just fine. Some of the sheets were not quite clean, but we just didn't use the one we found slightly dirty. The beds were comfortable and a good size. The room and hotel have little to no facilities, so you're really just paying for room and the location. The exterior entrance is not well marked, and we actually walked past it on the street several times. If you're thinking of booking here, I'd recommend just looking for the GAP store which is directly across the street, much easier to find. Our interactions with the hotel staff were limited. We received a number of automated messages, some of which were contradictory, or had out of date information. After booking and paying for the room (a non-refundable booking) we were told there was an extra "city tax" not included which would need to be paid before checking in which amounted to around an extra $90 or so, and the offered price of an airport transfer service went up as soon as we requested it (from 85 euros to 95). The hotel arranged the transfer service for us, but the driver left the airport before we could get out of the passport control due to another booking. The driver service showed up at the hotel at the time the flight was supposed to arrive, even though the flight was late, and you'd expect them to know that going through passport control takes easily an hour, so this seems to be quite poor planning on behalf of either the hotel or the service. We ended up taking a taxi from the airport which was also slightly over half the price of the transfer service, so I'd recommend skipping their service, it seems like a rip-off. Taxis from the airport to the city center seem to be subsidized by the government, and were a fixed price of 55 euros (for a normal size car big enough for 4 people) at the time we visited. The train from the airport is also not a bad idea if you're comfortable using the metro, as the train station is just 3-4 metro stops from the nearest metro station to the hotel (Spagna). Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but felt like we mostly paid for the location.

The property is in a great location. Many places to eat shopping and tourists attraction. Rooms are small dont expected marriott or even hilton style. The elevator is the smallest i have ever seen. Are keys didn't work and no one was able to assist since front desk close at 5pm. I had to message them for a code. Took about 30min. The AC in the room was also not working its best. Good location,but definitely not a 8 rating.

I don't even know where to begin....Let's start with the positives. The area was the perfect location to access all of Rome! Lots of restaurants and taxis near by. We also walked to lots of monuments. I definitely recommend the location! The staff is nice and attentive and tries to help. The room was also very clean and roomy. But the property was another story. The shower rarely had hot water or water pressure. Sometimes there was no water and we couldn't shower. Same with the sinks. The power went out in the middle of the night and when I contacted the emergency number, I was instructed how to turn it back on. Then, as a result of the poweroutage we couldn't exit the building to get to our vatican reservation. We could not buzz out of the gate. We were completely trapped with no second exit. It was terrifying and if there was another emergency like a fire this would have been disastrous.

I would say overall it was an okay hotel. I loved the fact that it was near by the tourist attraction. Something I feel they lacked on it was on the service for those who get there after the staff are gone. When we got there we did not have the electricity key until the third day. We even had to look for the electricity card in their office since we didn’t get one. On the third day of our stay they left our key outside of the room where anyone could have accessed it, which I thought it was very inconsiderate since all of our valuables were inside. None the less the hotel itself was clean and spacious.

We loved the location of the suite. It’s right in the heart of a lively area- great shopping and dining options. Suzette was informative, kind and helpful. She even called me the day before to explain how the property works. Next (I’m an interior designer)… the bathroom was clean but didn’t function well in terms of space- shower way too small with no area to place soap- glass doors don’t close properly. Also vessel sink- little room for toiletries. Beds could be better very hard. Lots of light let in on sides of black out window treatments. Just a few insights… we loved Rome!
