入住體驗很差，到達就吃了個閉門羹！幸虧我有相應的APP並且英文還可以，否則根本進不去門。説有獨立浴室，其實就是在房間內安裝了一個淋浴，連排風都沒有，洗澡的熱氣直接排放在房間，如果是夏日炎炎那就可想而知，跟桑拿房差不多！公寓內外都有施工，從外面走到公寓險些被絆倒，並且根本無法睡懶覺，早晨8點多就已經是隆隆的裝修聲，公寓的裝飾罩毯非常臟且已起毛。。。提供的歡迎水果都是爛的還有飛蟲。。。 這種條件還敢接待客人，為什麼不誠實地向平台報告？另外，店家還在第二天跟我説已設法從Agoda 跟我聯繫，我告訴她我從攜程訂的呀，她辯解説攜程屬於Agoda, 讓人無語呀！

Un'ottima struttura! Pulitissima, silenziosa, pratica per il centro e comoda per essere raggiunta a piedi (5 minuti o poco più dal Colosseo) e a due minuti dalla metro. Il personale gentilissimo e attento! Davvero un piccolo angolo di "casa" nel mezzo al bel caos della capitale

A due passi dal Circo Massimo e poco lontano dal Colosseo il resort è ideale per chi, come me, deve ascoltare un concerto, con la stazione della metro non lontana. Camera pulita, confortevole con accesso diretto allo spazio esterno e bevande del frigo-bar a disposizione degli ospiti e colazione fai da te abbastanza ricca.. Gentile e attenta ad ogni richiesta la titolare. Rapporto qualita'-prezzo un poco alto.

選擇這裡主要是為了在距離酒店 2 分鐘步行路程的 Circus Maximus 觀看一場音樂會，結果證明這是一個驚喜。我的房間 202 非常漂亮、乾淨，我在接待處遇到的兩個女孩樂於助人、友善。我真的推薦它。我忘了，當我們到達時，我們發現房間裡有新鮮水果，迷你冰箱裡的飲料可供我們使用（免費），這是不常見的。恭喜我一定會回來的！

一切都很完美。地理位置優越，房間非常溫馨，乾淨，設施齊全。工作人員彬彬有禮，樂於助人，非常友善。非常好的品質/價格比。該地區有地鐵和許多餐館，當然還有羅馬的許多奇觀。絕對推薦。

閉著眼睛去那裡，很乾淨，很受歡迎，床品舒適，靠近地鐵和旅遊景點，每天都有兒童房寄存。免費咖啡和一些蛋糕。冰箱裡有免費飲料。確實是我們推薦的飯店。

We stayed at the guest house and would recommend it to all of our friends when visiting Rome. Valentina was so welcoming, providing everything we would need for a comfortable stay and offering advice on how to get around the city. The location was perfect and we were in walking distance of all the main attractions. We loved our stay and would definitely come back when visiting Rome!

Ho soggiornato proprio questo fine settimana in questo grazioso B&B e devo dire che ha superato di gran lunga le mie aspettative! Innanzitutto Valentina, la proprietaria, di una gentilezza e premura davvero unica, la stanza è pulita, accogliente e spaziosa con un ampio giardino comune, molto rilassante a parer mio. Il posto è situato a pochi metri dal circo massimo e ad una decina di minuti a piedi dal Colosseo, ma non solo, è anche vicinissimo alla stazione della metropolitana, ha veramente un’ottima posizione! E tutto questo ad un prezzo, secondo me, veramente basso per i comfort offerti! Tornerò sicuramente!

My partner and I recently stayed at Relais Circo Massimo Guesthouse and had such a wonderful stay from start to finish. The location couldn’t have been better; in walking distance to the Coloseum (about 15/20mins at most) and a short walk from the train station and row of shops/cafes/restaurants. Super safe, quiet area which offers a little escape from the bustling streets of the city center. Check in was super easy and the team were fantastic on email comms as we had a few queries before we arrived. We walked into chocolates on our pillows, a bowl of fresh fruit, some pastries and plenty of tea and coffee. We felt so well looked after! I actually had requested some extra creamer sachets one day and explained it’s because we are British and drink so much tea. The team gave me some extra and said it’s a shame because they only taste good in coffee. I wasn’t fussed at all but when we returned later that night, the team had actually bought us a carton of milk especially for us, free of charge. Personable service at its very, very best. Room has a fridge, hairdryer, toiletries, smart tv and ours had shared access to a beautiful courtyard. The weather may not have been on our side, but it was still fantastic to have access to. I would 100% stay again. The staff were absolutely brilliant and it’s a gorgeous, hidden gem in the heart of Rome. Thank you SO much team!
