我將在這裡分享我的誠實意見。我於************預訂了這家不可退款的飯店。預訂後，我收到飯店的以下資訊： - 床顯然是一張130公分寬的小雙人床。 - 不包括毛巾和肥皂（預訂清單上有提及，但實際費用並未提及）。如需更大的床和毛巾，您必須額外支付 35 歐元/天。 - 晚上 10 點後無法辦理入住，但在預訂時，我提出了延遲入住的特殊要求（因為根據 ************ 的規定，可以在午夜之前辦理入住）額外收費並與酒店討論後）。 當我收到有關額外付費選項和入住規則的電子郵件後，我向飯店指出，在預訂前不提供所有這些資訊是不公平的。不這樣做就是隱藏訊息（我有證據證明這些資訊在預訂前沒有出現，儘管酒店堅持說它出現了）。如果我事先了解所有這些付費選項和入住規則，我肯定不會預訂。 這可能冒犯了酒店，這只是讓我明白這些都是選擇，我不需要接受它們，除此之外，登記入住在晚上 8 點關閉（忽略我的特殊要求）。我打電話給飯店，他們掛斷了我的電話。我打電話給預訂客戶服務部，與我交談的人同意我的觀點，即清單中稍微缺乏透明度，因此即使預訂不可退款，他們也會提出免費取消的特殊要求。酒店忽略了我的要求（當然，錢必須到賬），但他們同時給我發了很多電子郵件。 最後我沒能入住，當然午夜過後，飯店告訴************我沒有出現。這是我在這家酒店的糟糕經歷。我們都努力工作賺錢，所以這種做法是完全不公平的。

Proprietari molto gentili e disponibili. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Camere curate e molto silenziose. Pulizia decisamente sopra la media. Situato in un palazzo signorile con facile parcheggio in zona. Si raggiungono facilmente a piedi Piazza Barberini e Stazione Termini

Camera molto confortevole e letti comodissimi. Siamo stati molto bene! Pulizia top e ragazze gentilissime. Zona bella e ben servita dai mezzi pubblici e da negozi. Con una bella passeggiata sei già alla fontana di Trevi o a Villa Borghese.

A 25 mn à pied du Panthéon dans un quartier résidentiel calme et tranquille, des chambres très agréables, confortables et bien tenues. Café en dessous pour un petit-déjeuner italien, ou à proximité le week-end, des bons restaurants tout près, facile d'accès. C'est l'idéal. Attention pas d'accueil permanent en cas d'arrivée tardive.

Sono stato in questo B&B con mia moglie per un viaggio di lavoro ed abbiamo soggiornato per 3 notti. E' senza dubbio un ottimo punto di riferimento, a 15 minuti da Termini e a 20 minuti a piedi dal centro di Roma. La camera che ci hanno assegnato era davvero grande, con un terzo letto oltre quello matrimoniale. Tutto pulito e funzionante (acqua calda, riscaldamenti, etc.); presente inoltre il frigo-bar. Ottimo il Wi-Fi, che mi ha permesso di lavoraresenza alcun problema in modalità Smart. Il quartiere è carino e tranquillo, ricco di locali e ristoranti dove poter mangiare. Mi sento di consigliare: Pinsere (pinsa e crocché al volo), 7 Cereali, Vladimiro e Nova Gour-Meat. Un plauso a Claudia, la direttrice, totalmente a disposizione dei clienti e pronta a risolvere qaulsivoglia problema. Davvero consigliato.

Horrible customer service. Trust, do NOT book it! They brought LOTS of stress to our honey moon. We informed them that we needed a late check in when we booked via third party. After they took our money they sent us a note stating a bunch of information and at the end it stated it is forbidden to eat in the whole property. IMPORTANT information like that should be disclosed prior to you taking my money. I cant go too long without food due to personal reasons! We attempted to contact them multiple times to ensure our late check in even though we listed it when we checked out on booking. We didn't mind the fee, our trains were just late to arrive. Needles to say they did not honor that. We were forced to book another hotel that same day. They also were extremely disrespectful and dishonest to both us and booking. They did not refund us nor let us check in late. Thankfully booking somehow was able to help get us a refund after they read the conversations and talked to them. It clearly wasn't our fault at all. There are multiple other reviews stating the same thing. All important information should be disclosed prior to you taking peoples hard earned money. You telling me that you wont have an employee after 8 pm to check me in and that its not an option even for a fee is unacceptable. Sincerely,
