諾瓦羅馬旅館(Nova Roma Guest House)

Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte e abbiamo scelto questo posto perché vicino alla stazione Roma termini. Il posto si presenta pulito e ordinato e abbastanza vicin alla stazione (20 min a piedi). Per il resto: non è fornito di un sistema di condizionamento d’aria, essendo presente nella stanza un “pinguino” vecchio, rumoroso e che non è comunque installato a dovere obbligando a tenere la finestra aperta per consentire il funzionamento (ad agosto la stanza era praticamente un forno). La nostra stanza era a livello della strada in un posto rumoroso e, avendo dovuto tenere la finestra aperta tutta la notte, non abbiamo chiuso occhio. La stanza non è dotata di bagno in camera, che è presente alla fine del corridoio, ed è grande quanto uno stanzino sfornito di mensole o oggetti su cui poggiare le proprie cose. In conclusione, il prezzo pagato non è congruo con quanto offerto.

Great communication from the owner throughout our stay. Location in Rome is excellent - very close to Manzoni metro line where you can get metro or bus to main attractions. Nice restaurant (romantica) and coffee shop (Ciami) opposite for easy eats. Room and bathroom very clean and as described. Very happy to have chosen this for a 3 night stay in Rome. Tip: a great gelato place (Fassi) just two blocks over.

Although this property does not have a 24/7 reception, the staff is very nice, always available by phone, Whats ap, even remotely. I want to express my admiration for their professional and correct attitude. They found a way to accommodate me at 00:00, and the next day they assisted me in keeping another unexpected purse. The location is perfect, the rooms are good, I recommend.

Location is super handy - only 10-15 minute walk from the train station and then 15-20 minutes to the colosseum. Room was a great size, clean and tidy and it was an extra bonus having a mini fridge in the room so we could have cold water. When we were heading to Rome and seeing the weather was going to be 36 degrees we were really worried about how hot the room might be but were so happy to find that the room had air conditioning! This made our stay so much more comfortable! Space has a shared bathroom but we were lucky during our stay that we never had any issues with sharing this space. Overall a great stay for a great price. Would stay here again if I travel back to Rome

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable, the common areas were also clean. in a central location. communication is excellent and they are very polite.we didn't have any problems We thank you for everything. I definitely recommend.

Posizione molto buona e vicinissima alla stazione Termini. Personale molto disponibile e possibilità di essere indipendenti per quanto riguarda le chiavi della camera. Unica cosa il riscaldamento era molto alto.

Guesthouse in zona centrale e servita dai mezzi, metro e bus, alloggio pulito e curato. Per l'entrata sarete autonomi.perche' si entra con una app. Siamo rimasti soddisfatti del rapporto qualità prezzo.

Struttura accogliente, host davvero gentile e disponibile. Ci ha subito aiutato e ci ha seguito passo passo anche nel check-in e check-out. Buona posizione, vicino la stazione Termini e alle altre fermate. Stanza pulita e ordinata, dotata anche di un piccolo frigo funzionante. Accesso alle camere semplice e sicuro senza il rischio di perdere le chiavi. Accesso tramite cellulare. Consiglio davvero questo appartamento nonostante il bagno sia in comune alle altre stanze. Ottimo, ci ritornerei.

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis top, Lage ausgezeichnet, nur wenige Meter von Metro und Bus entfernt, 15 Minuten zu Fuß vom Hauptbahnhof Termini und zu jeder Uhrzeit gut erreichbar. Die Zimmer befinden sich in einem klassischen Mehrfamilienhaus. Mein Zimmer war einfach, Bad mit Dusche, Bett, Kühlschrank, abschließbarer Schrank und funktionierendes WLAN sowie einfacher Self-Check-in/out mit Anleitung. Das Servicepersonal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Eine Miniküche ist für alle Apartment-Mieter nutzbar. Wer nicht allzu anspruchsvoll ist, Lärm des Stadtverkehrs nicht als störend empfindet und eine Unterkunft mit guter Verkehrsanbindung zum Übernachten sucht, ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben.
