Un boutique hotel che sembra una bomboniera, proprio al centro della scalinata di Trinità dei Monti. Camera pulita e profumata,personale sempre disponibile e accogliente,offrono qualsiasi tipo di servizio tra cui la colazione in camera,si può fare anche sulla terrazza che affaccia sulla scalinata. Esperienza top!

Wonderfully positioned hotel, right on the Spanish steps. Clean comfortable and felt high end. Staff were lovely and the lift entrance wmfelt very secure. Don’t miss out on having a drink on the terrace, the Prosecco was cold and delicious and you could feel the envious stares from the tourists on the steps lol. Would love to come back and stay here again.

We stayed for one night at Royal Suite Trinità dei Monti Hotel****. The only good thing we can say about this is that the room although quite small had a nice view. As per the rest, I am very sad to say it wasn't very pleasant. Services was terrible, the front desk ladies were always very rude and careless. My mother had a back surgery a few months ago and I asked the hotel in advanced if there was a parking nearby and what if we had big luggages. They explained via email a few things. However on the day of the arrival when we called to again to ask for help and advice they pretty much said it was up to us to arrive to the front door, or taking the lift (they could've mentioned that a taxi driver could have helped us bring the bags from the parkings for example, but they just didn't care). Other than this ''minor'' problem for our arrival, we also couldn't sleep well. During the night, the lady at the front-desk kept turning off the A/C. We had a bit of an argument, and she just said we had to keep it at 25 C... warmer than outside... so you can imagine how unpleasant it was sleeping there. In the morning, when we asked for breakfast they mentioned they had some kind of deal with a cafe close by (la Barcaccia) for EUR 15 per person, we asked if we could have it on the terrace they have but they said that was an extra 25/30 EUR. Again it doesn't sound like a proper 4 start hotel. So service was just terrible. So pretty much you pay a high price for the location.

La Royal Suite Trinità dei Monti dovrebbe essere una residenza regale ed è, infatti, collocata esattamente a metà della celebre e frequentatissima Scalinata. Ad essere sinceri, tuttavia, non è stato facile trovare l'ingresso, abbiamo dovuto chiedere aiuto a qualche negoziante che lavora nelle vicinanze, quindi sarebbe bene ricevere indicazioni più precise al momento della prenotazione. E' possibile accedere alla struttura sia dalla Scalinata, attraverso un cancello, che da Piazza di Spagna, entrando da un portone a fianco della farmacia. Dopo il check-in accediamo alla nostra suite, molto piccola purtroppo, con un bagno un po' angusto. La pulizia non è "royal": troviamo molta polvere sotto il materasso e sulle coperte, mentre il water ed il bidet presentano delle macchie. La vista dal balconcino è, per contro, unica e la possibilità di godere della bellezza eterna di Roma dalla propria camera è esclusiva. Non è possibile fare colazione in struttura, ma ci viene, comunque, offerto un buon caffè la mattina del secondo giorno. Nota positiva, oltre alla location chiaramente, è l'insonorizzazione della camera: non si avverte alcun rumore proveniente dalla Scalinata e si dorme, perciò, molto bene!

€250 per una camera, a notte, in questo che chiamano essere “hotel”. La prima colazione, non assolutamente inclusa, non è possibile farla perché la struttura non la prevede neanche a pagamento. Ma la cosa peggiore è stata la scostumatezza della signora Diana alla reception. Unico lato positivo Giulia all’accettazione, che è stata la sola persona gentile in questo che è stato, per fortuna, un piccolo soggiorno.

I confirm what mr gabrielashvili said in his comment that is following. nino gabrielashvili a year ago on Google We thought we booked a 4 star hotel but this was misleading. There was no "Hotel" sign on the location. The person took us in the "reception" which was locked. I am a Roman that is now living abroad and thought the location was great to spend a couple of days in Rome. Except for Giovanni in the front desk the general attitude of the personnel of this hotel was very detached and unfriendly. Instead of giving priority to the guest to use the tiny elevator first , the (personnel-receptionist) helped themselves to the elevator first. . The manager was on vacation and when we had an issue he refused to talk to us. He put down the phone on the clerk that told him we needed to speak to him. The location is great, but the attitude of the personnel leaves major room for improvement. No matter what the problem, there is a way to address issues with clients instead of rudely blocking them out like the manager and it’s dependent did with us. Something needs to be done to improve the miniature elevator, the smell of mildew is suffocating and extremely unhealthy. I understand it is a very old building but certain issues like the the improvement of the stagnant air in the elevator and improving the air conditioning functionality need to be addressed if they really want to be considered a 4 star hotel. 2/5 Sent from my iPhone Sent from my iPhone

This hotel is so unprofessional as I needed to shorten my reservation by 3 days and called 4 times. Each time an employee would tell me the manager isn’t in or I just missed them. Then they said the manager lives in Naples. DO NOT BOOK HERE, liars

Location is amazing, it's actually half way up the spanish strps on the right. Gettingbin and out was a hassle, the room key that keeps the electricity on constantly went on and off, we were told construction would be done before we arrived, it wasn't and our view was blocked by scaffolding. The staff didn't really seem to care and they made no accommodation.
