格拉齊奧利旅館(Guest House Grazioli)

Location perfetta, a 10/15 minuti dalle principali attrazioni della città. Stanza grande, comoda dotata di bagno privato, asciugamani puliti e macchinetta del caffè (ogni giorno riforniscono di 2 capsule, iniziativa molto accogliente). Letto comodo, bella tv in camera anche se non ho avuto modo di provarla, tante luci e ingresso sorvegliato. Check in/Check out contactless tramite un codice che viene fornito dal proprietario che permette l’accesso alla struttura. Se dovessi tornare a Roma sicuramente sceglierei questa location

Save your money and go to a hotel! It is not worth it, if you want to use serviced appar**ents you can find it a street away at 1/3 of the price with bigger rooms. Feel we were scammed into thinking it is a hotel and paid hotel prices for it. Do not recommend

Booked a long weekend here. We contacted the host 45 mins before arrival to let them know we would be arriving no response we get there and are left standing on the street with our luggage it was 6pm dark and raining. A local resident let us in the building which smelt awful with overflowing bins. Eventually after the host hung up our phone call we get a WhatsApp message with instructions we get to the apar**ent. After helping ourselves to the keys left in a cardboard box at the front door the bedroom we got resembled nothing of the pictures online. The walls were paper thin and the loud buzzer went every time someone entered the building meaning we were woken every hour of the night. The walls were paper thin so every noise in the building could be heard. After spending one terrible night here I decided to book a different hotel for the rest of our weekend complete waste of money! As we left in the morning we had the cleaner with 0 customer service skills questioning us for our tourist tax honestly could not get away from this place fast enough!!! Would have gave this place 0 stars the only thing that’s good about it is the location but everything else is falsely advertised avoid avoid avoid !!!

Do not book this hotel. It is falsely Advertised. It is far from deluxe. The lift hasn't worked for months according to residents. No coffee maker, in fact no coffee in room just 2 tea bags and sugar. Bathroom isn't clean, grime in all the grouting. The toiletries supplied reaches to cheap nasty liquid soap in containers that fall appart. All the 'luxury aspects, such as soft furnishings, coffee makers, cushions, are not present. Black mould in the corner of room.

It looks nice in the picture but the reality is different.It could definitely do with a little attention to the bathroom, shower was leaking and the room was in need of paint. On the plus side the location was excellent. A little dissapointed on arrival, we were met by a rude man who shouted at us for €21 Euro for city tax in cash. On the day we left we had a late flight so we left our luggage in a cupboard outside the bedroom and came back at 6:30pm to collect. My husband left his AirPods on the bed and noticed in the airport and contacted the owner straight away who said he would check with the cleaners the next day. We used the find my iPhone tracking and the AirPods came up still at the guesthouse even though the owner said they were never found. Very upset as they were definitely on the bed and were hard to miss with the type of case on it and were just fobbed off by the staff. Plenty of other places to stay would not reccomend this place.

We had an initial itch with the check in since I have to spend some time on the phone with ******* to understand how to get the info to do the self check in .After this,everything went smoothly and I really appreciate the kindness of the staff in accomodating my request. The location is fantastic. The building where the guest house is, is a bit run down but the room is clean,conformable and it had everything we needed.

La verdad no nos esperábamos para nada que no fuera un hotel, incluso al llegar a la dirección no está para nada señalizado, tuvimos que mirar en el telefonillo y darnos cuenta que era como un piso, bastante viejo, con un ascensor más viejo en el que a duras penas cabíamos dos apretados. Una vez llegas no hay una recepción como tal y son cero flexibles con la hora del check in, pagas por estar menos de 12 horas en el y no hay ni wifi. La habitación no estaba mal pero lo demás hizo que pesara más lo malo que lo bueno.

Arrivée à 21h devant une façade totalement délabrée avec aucune indication de l’hôtel. Après avoir trouvé un petit bouton pour ouvrir la grande porte nous nous trouvons devant un local à poubelle. Inquiet nous appellons le Numéro de Booking qui nous transfère à quelqu’un demandant si on a whatsapp afin de nous transmettre les indications pour trouver notre chambre. Digicode - petite boîte avec clé dedans. Donc aucune réception et personne pour nous accueillir. Impossible de trouver comme allumer la lumière du coup message whatsapp qui nous indique la marche à suivre. Distributeur de savon défectueux, manque des anneaux au rideau de douche qui est trop grand pour la douche. Douche plafonnier pas du tout pratique sauf si on a une Charlotte. Pourrait mettre plusieurs sachets de thé et café. Et petites bouteilles d’eau. Point positif ; emplacement idéal pour la visite de la ville très centré permet d’aller tout visiter à pied. Literie propre.
