日拉斯日內橋酒店

The "hotel" is really just a small collection of units in a mixed use building. But the room was clean and comfortable; the location -- just 2 minutes from Piazza Navona -- terrific; and the staff as friendly and helpful as an be. The desk is open only until six, but agreed to wait for our late arrival -- and waited several extra hours because of our travel delays. They were also very helpful with reservations and tickets.

Muito bem localizado, pertinho da Piazza Navona e de vários restaurantes, quarto confortável, moderno e tranquilo. Funcionários atenciosos e gentis. Tem uma garrafa de vinho de cortesia e nos deram uma lista com os restaurantes em que os locais frequentam. Fomos a dois e foram maravilhosos.

Lovely hotel in an amazing area Lovely place, all the main sights are within walking distance. Lots of amazing restaurants, can highly recommend this area. The hotel is more like an apartment with the desk manned 9-6pm all staff lovely and very helpful. Room was spotless and cleaned daily. Taxi rank just opposite and lovely small bar/restaurant next door. We would book again.

Our toilet was broken from the start of our stay until the end. We informed hotel staff repeatedly but they did not fix it nor did they provide a viable alternative option for us. The owner of the hotel was incredibly mean and hostile on the phone and told my husband it was his fault for ‘flushing it wrong’. We were flushing it normally. Later we were told by other hotel staff that the toilet was actually broken and the owner knew this. Go elsewhere for your stay in Rome!

Boa acomodação! Ótima localização pertinho da Piazza Navona, com muito restaurantes e cafés muito bons e fácil acesso a todas as atrações principais da cidade. O quarto era pequeno mais bom. O banheiro com boa qualidade mas um pouco pequeno. Atendimento muito bom , desde o check in, a indicação de lugares para ir, disponibilidade de WhatsApp e muita atenção com o hóspede. Esqueci uma bolsa no quarto e enviaram a Foto dizendo que eu havia esquecido e se disponibilizando para resolver como me entregar. Muito atenciosos.
