來自住宿之回應: Your Travel agency NEVER advised us on your arrival time, so of course we had let you wait 30 minutes because we didn't know of your arrival at all. As for the cleanings, you were the worst guest someone can have, as the room was incredible dirty every day (I have pcutures to prove this). You used to leave the room is a terrible very dirty condition. Also, you used our kitchen as a restaurant, eating out food (for free) like crazy H-24. We found in your room tons of our food taken from the common area. Last thing, you did a lot of confusion (rooms close to yours complained) talking very loud all night long. Guests like you shouldn't travel but stay home.
