羅馬米達斯酒店(Midas Palace Hotel)

我們在歐洲舞蹈比賽期間入住，和我的女兒一起參加了國際大師的選拔。熱情且準備充分的工作人員。最佳的房間清潔效果。美味的自助早餐，包括鹹味和甜味食物。附近有一家商品豐富的超市（Panorama）。飯店門前的廣場停車方便。很棒的體驗。重複。

我和一群人一起在邁達斯宮，受到了友好和專業的歡迎。乾淨、實用的房間，有漂亮、非常舒適的加大雙人床；很棒的歐陸式早餐。早上，您開車 10 分鐘即可抵達聖彼得羅 (San Pietro)。性價比最高：值得四顆星

一流的酒店，位於前往羅馬市中心非常方便的區域。配備大型游泳池和充足的免費停車位。早餐提供多種鹹味和甜味菜餚，品質優良。樂於助人且友善的員工。物超所值。我們將於 2024 年 10 月返回。幹得好，繼續努力！！！

飯店美麗、乾淨、房間寬敞。但在寒冷中過夜並不愉快！空調不工作（冷空氣而不是熱空氣）而且很吵......無法入睡。不只一次報告這個問題，但沒有解決......建議凌晨4點換房！！！！不可接受！我付了單間差和旅遊稅！！！我還沒有找到有能力解決這個問題的人。當我要求退款時…我沒有收到任何回應。

價格不錯，房間和衛浴還算乾淨，早餐也不錯。缺點之一是搭乘公共交通到達市中心大約需要 50 分鐘。不過一天逛逛然後回家是沒有問題的。深夜從市區回來有點累。租車還不錯，20分鐘左右就到了。

Un bel Hotel fuori dal centro ma comodo per autostrada. La stanza era grande e bel illuminata. Molto comedy. Bagno con tutto necessario. Molto pulito. Breakfast adeguato. Cene semplice e puo freddi. Poca scelta ma prezzi buoni. Ampio parcheggio. Per l estate un grande piscina.

Da evitare…siamo arrivati al check-in, abbiamo pagato la tassa di soggiorno in anticipo, ci viene assegnata una stanza al 5 piano; all’arrivo scopriamo che non corrispondeva assolutamente alle foto presenti online: vecchia con carta da parati e moquette stantia, il bagno presentava sulla vasca una striscia nera di muffa e si sentiva nettamente la conversazione telefonica del vicino come se fosse in camera con noi. Scendo in reception e chiedo il cambio di stanza: me ne assegnano un’altra, simile come allestimento ma con una pizza di chiuso e stantio, nonché con due letti singoli. Al terzo tentativo siamo riusciti ad avere una camera decente. Vergognoso per un 4 stelle…la colazione scarna e risicata…caffè dal distributore automatico…15€…

Quite easily the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. From the outside and reception this looks like a lovely modern and updated hotel. Shoved in a room at the front overlooking the car park (believe this is because we did not book direct) which was outdated, stinking of cigarettes with an unsafe balcony. If you have small children do not let them on the balcony as they will easily fall down the gap. Asked to change rooms - a firm NO. No offer to help. Not interested in hearing our complaint. Positive - free parking and close drive to the city. 3:30am - can hear every single movement and noise from the adjoining room and upstairs. Full conversations. There is no privacy. Woken up early by cleaning staff banging doors and talking loudly. Breakfast - don’t bother. Wouldn’t serve it to a dog. Disgusting. unsure how this hotel is open let alone advertised as a 4star.

Beautiful Hotel - outside and inside! Location not so bad to get to City Centre, and Vatican City (Approximately 5-6 K’s) Staff very friendly (Lounge, restaurant, check in) Cleaning staff.. see below in pictures… We had room 629 for 3 nights and got moved to 601 the last night… see below in pictures… ISSUES 1) 4 nights- room “cleaned(ished)/serviced” once! The one day it was “cleaned”, bed was only made, Same used towels left in bathroom for 3 nights- no clean towels?!?! 2) WIFI - hmmmmm…. Not on 6th floor! Lobby & poolside okay. 3) Pool absolutely beautiful - but went to use pool - “CLOSED” no Lifeguard on duty (to watch adults) 9+ people around pool you can’t use?!?! 4) STAFFING issues, restaurants, bar (lounge) staff absolutely amazing - but could have used at least 1 more person to assist with dinner/supper service. A hotel that size and number of guests and charters buses, they definitely needed help. Dinner service runs from 7PM to 10PM. Got to busy for the “CHEF” and @ 9:30PM - 9-45PM good luck… was not taking any other order cause to busy for the chef? ( where I’m from, if you’re open till 10:00PM, you’re open till 10PM, and the chef and staff to complete all order no matter what, that’s what you’re paid for) Waitress JONA did her best and did an absolutely Amazing! Breakfast… same thing, if you’re not down before 9:45AM… Good Luck, cause cleanup starts at 9:50AM - 9:59AM. Good luck getting anything after 9:45AM! NOW, I/we can live without not having the wifi not working and pool close… it is what it is, and even understanding the serving issues due to lack of staff. BUT the room not being cleaned for 3rd day and the ANT’s having a feast on whatever was dropped on the floor… MERCY! (I have some videos of them working as a team and enjoying their feast and not sure where they were heading to on the 6th floor, maybe the next room?) Well, we kinda got some sorta compensation, “we can move you if ya want.” (Moved to room 601 for a night, at least we had clean towels, and the bed was made up!) Checking out - “YOU OWE XXXX.XX euros”, not “How was your stay, or thanks, come again” LOL! Thats fine with me/us, cause that’s what TRIP ADVISORY is for! Would I/we stay here again or recommend this hotel, probably NOT! Have a great day, and really hope your experience at this hotel was much better than ours, cause 90+% of the staff working were great and trying to be helpful!
