Hotel pulito, personale cordiale, ottima la colazione e il servizio. Camera nella norma unico neo la temperatura della stanza, un po' fredda per i miei gusti. La mancanza di coperte aggiuntive mi ha costretto ad indossare un maglione aggiuntivo nella notte.

Já havíamos estado neste hotel em 2019. Resolvemos nos hospedar novamente pela localização e também custo. O hotel é muito bom. Quarto amplo, banheiro idem. Limpeza, recepção tudo ótimo. Há opção de tomar café em um jardim interno. Destaque para recepção.

Albergo sporco. Camera pessima, fredda e umida. Doccia non funzionante. Colazione molto scarsa con personale molto scortese. Per 190 euro al giorno speravo di ricevere un trattamento diverso. Assolutamente da evitare anche se è vicino alla stazione Termini

+ localisation proche de la gare mais juste assez éloigné pour ne pas entendre bruit - pas d’eau chaude on a dû changer de chambre après un jour - moisissures dans la salles de douche ( alors que en milieux hôtelier des solutions existent) - Mal insonorisé - tapisserie , moquette défraîchie - à 200.-/ nuit on s’attend minimum à une salle de bain propre

Ho dato il punto per la facciata dell'albergo. Ho prenotato una singola per una notte pagandola 200 euro e ho trovato nella camera che mi avevano assegnato ben 5 letti, la camera era obsoleta e vecchia. La moquette al pavimento è lurida, i riscaldamenti sono arrugginiti. Le mura umide e consunte insomma un rudere. Sono arrivato alle 19.00 di sera e ho trovato la vasca da bagno sporca, ho chiesto di pulirla ma non avevano personale alla fine sino ripartito il giorno dopo e non ho potuto fare la doccia.

This hotel is in close proximity to the train station which was high on our requirement as we were travelling around Italy . It is a clean hotel in a safe location with a good selection of cafes, bars & resteraunts nearby. The breakfast was of a good standard and there is a really lovely garden to enjoy drinks from the hotel bar. We found the staff really friendly and helpful and would definitely stay here again .

Cerramos nuestro viaje a Italia y elegimos este hotel por su cercanía a la Termini, la disponibilidad a la hora de las reservas y el precio. Fue jna muy buena elección. Es cómodo, el personal es muy agradable y atento, buen desayuno , tiene restaurante y un bar muy entretenido en el cual disfrutamos unos muy buenos aperols... Volvería a reservar ahí.

Solitamente sono magnanima ma qui non si può. Sporco, rumoroso, vecchio. Non sono riuscita a dormire non solo perché non mi sentivo a mio agio ma anche perché nel cuore della notte si sentivano i rumori provenire dalla camera attigua. Insomma da evitare.

Un prezzo altissimo con una stanza ai limiti della dignità. Moquette dappertutto macchiata, carta da parati che si stacca dal muro, polvere e sporcizia sull'aspiratore, dalla finestra entra l'acqua piovana. Non so le altre stanze ma la mia era penosa

La habitación que nos dieron junto al jardín necesitaba una reforma integral. Con ruido de motores sobre el techo que no dejaba dormir. El baño de pena y además se negaron a cambiarnos la habitación.

My friend booked me a room here for one night when I arrived in Roma. After being tired from jet lag and long distance travel, the Astoria Garden was a welcome oasis. The front desk staff was kind and accommodating, I especially loved the garden and spent a lot of time there. My room was small but it had a wonderful balcony overlooking the garden. Breakfast was buffet style with lots of choices. My favorite thing was the unlimited supply of cappuccino from the machine. The hotel location and price were just right considering that rates in ROMA are outrageous. For some reason on the one night I was there the rates were not so bad, and I'm grateful to my friend for booking a room for me here.

We stayed here for our final night in Italy. In the midst of a heat wave, the hotel was very hot, like the AC couldn’t keep up. Or maybe they were just trying to cut costs. Our room was VERY small and the bed was tiny as well. Shower had good water pressure and heat, but was tiny as well. It is very convenient to the train station. It also has a good breakfast, however the breakfast rooms were super hot because they didn’t have the AC on! They turned it on about half way through our meal. There are too many hotels in Rome for me to stay here again.

The location is great and this is the only real plus. The room I got was very basic, smelling like smoke (the bed cover had even a cigarette burn). Mattress and pillow (luckily i had my own) were very hard. The room was at the ground floor facing the hotel lounge. As result there were people outside my window making all kind of noises. Breakfast was very basic as well. Sure price was kind of cheap but if you look at the cost/quality ratio you will still be disappointed

A big disappointment at the price we paid we thought it was a 3-4 star. More kind 1-2 star Would not wish it on anyone. Garden breakfast may sound romantic but lots of pigeons harass you. Staff friendly but simply give lip service. Breakfast was stodgy and cut melon must have been sitting there overnight covered. Definitely a disappointment with stodgy choices. Lots of cut bread open to air and prone to coughing clients. There seem a few people coughing and may reflect the air conditioning system Safe not working Decor peeling off and in a time shell of the 1970-80s Not again sadly Good luck

Vicino alla termini, hotel con buon rapporto qualità prezzo, buona scelta anche alla colazione, forse, bisognerebbe rinnovare un po' le camere, un po' piccole e con arredi un po' vecchi. Però, per i brevi soggiorni è indicato, vista anche la vicinanza alle mete turistiche.
