米開朗基羅星際酒店(Starhotels Michelangelo Rome)

可惜沒有浴缸。 這是非常方便的，因為它就在車站前。

這家酒店真的非常好，在聖彼得廣場後面，非常靠近公共汽車站和地鐵站，可以到達市中心。徹底的清潔和對客戶的關注是驚人的。早餐有多種優質產品供您選擇。

Et fantastisk fint hotell rett ved St. Peter katedralen! Godt renhold og superfine rom! Vi reiste i november, så var litt kjølig om morgenen på terrassen, men fantastisk med et glimt bort til domen! Eneste negative jeg kan komme på er at hotellet ligger en 15-20 min gange fra nærmeste Metro/T-bane. Men det går buss fra/til Termini med holdeplass rett i nærheten (linje 64). Mulig også å ta tog fra lokal endestasjon som ligger 5 min gange unna til flyplassen (krever togbytte). Vi tok oftest beina fatt og opplevde byen til fots… Betjeningen sier det «ikke er mulig» å gå til Colloseum. Vi motbeviste det temmelig kjapt, og opplevde Roma fra gateplan samtidig. Anbefalt!!

Nice overnight stay. We arrived early and we’re able drop our bags off and take the 3 minute walk to Vatican City where we visited Saint Peter Basilica. We then received a call from the lovely Guilia who informed us our room was ready early so we returned to the property and were given a fabulous dinner recommendation (Papa Rex) which included a free glass of Prosecco. Guilia then broke a 20 euro into smaller denominations for us and took us to our room where an unexpected sweet treat of macarons and blackberries as well as complimentary water awaited us.

It was a convenient location to the Vatican, with nearby restaurants and souvenir shopping. Breakfast every morning was fabulous as was the service. The menu for lunch and dinner was pretty limited so we ate out except for lunch the day we arrived. The rooms are very small compared to US standards with no chest of drawers or nite stand shelves to unpack or hold anything. Luckily we were only there for a few days before our cruise - no way would we be comfortable for a week - my suitcase was parked on the only chair. A nice surprise was the hot water kettle that heated water super fast for tea etc. Bathroom extremely nice with plenty of hot water. Apparently this was one of the recommended hotels with air conditioning deserving of a shout out because it was hot this late in October! Again do not miss the breakfast buffet!
