西班牙皇家套房(Spagna Royal Suite)

Que dire on va commencer par le seul point négatif, c’est que je pense que l’établissement a changé de nom donc sur le coup on était pas trop sur d’être au bon endroit Par contre pour tout le reste on a eu une suite incroyable, on nous a même surclassé pour la sainte Valentin car il y avait une suite plus grande de disponible donc rien que pour ça je suis très content je n’ai jamais eu un hôtel comme ça ! C’était une super expérience De plus il y a une wifi par suite qui marche incroyablement bien ! Le quartier est safe car on est proche des grandes boutiques de luxe ! Après tout les autres points possitif c’est qu’on est vraiment pas loin de tout A environ 10 min de la fontaine, 15 min du panthéon, 20 min du Colisée, quelques minutes de la Place d’Espagne et du métro que des avantages en prenant cette hôtel Pour les photos par contre j’en ai pas car j’ai du prendre une vidéo tellement que c’était incroyable !

Expérience de 4 nuits : Emplacement au top, Chambre charmante et propre mais attention au BRUIT !! Entre la rue, les voisins et le bar en dessous nous avons été réveillés sans cesse. De plus, il n’y a pas de volets. A éviter absolument si vous souhaitez pouvoir passer des nuits paisibles.

Ma quale è la pena che un essere umano deve scontare per dormire in un posto cosi? Non è un albergo; non è un B&B: è un agglomerato urbano pacchiano e scomodo. Una cosa del terzo mondo, che può piacere solo a chi non è mai stato in un albergo vero in tutta la sua vita. Vi risparmio i particolari (agghiaccianti) ma vi posso solo dire che vi conviene stare a casa prima di prenotare questo horror hotel.

Thé hôtel i found had positives and negatives. Overall was good enough but would have preferred better! The staff man at reception was great. You enter the hotel via another door and there is a bit of a musty smell. The room was nice enough. Old - not modern. Everything was just okay in the room. Not wow and little sign of modernity. The location is great and as I say the staff really nice. No huge complaints from me, just about good enough

I traveled alone to Rome in June and stayed at Royal Spagna suites. This is the perfect getaway. Close to great shopping and restaurants. The staff was welcoming and helpful with all my needs. They have a great little piano lounge, great for drinks after your days roaming around the city. I loved my room. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was large everything was very clean. I would absolutely recommend this hotel. I felt safe and had plenty of privacy. I can’t wait to return!

I searched by filtering with condition of “Hotel +4 star + 5 star “ in *********** when I looked for a hotel to stay in Rome for my family’s trip in July. Then Spagna Royal Suit popped out with all the positive comments and high grade in ***********. With trust with ***********, I paid in total around 3800 Euro from July 10-17 2022 to book a Luxury one bedroom apartment with Spagna Royal Suit in Rome. However in order to make sure what we booked is Hotel, I contacted *********** who asked me to contact with Spagna Royal Suit. Spagna Royal Suit made me believe with phone and email. They sent me by email pictures of the room my family will stay . We checked in on July 10, we were very shocked to see how horrible the room was, it was totally different compared to the description and email confirmation. There was no luxury, not even could be called basic, toilet and shower was dirty. Coach with cigarette burn hole, pillow with hair. And the elevator could only accommodate two people maximum, if there is fire, what can happen? After the night, on July 11, my family moved out to other hotel. Spagna Royal Suit refused to refund any of my payment, saying I had paid with non-refundable term. However, Spagna Royal Suit I felt I was cheated, It was a scam. I lost 3800Euro, yet I had no way to claim my loss. Why Spagna Royal Suit is pushed to customer pretending to be hotel instead of just a guesthouse? Why my pictures posted on *********** are not published ? Who is hiding?

不推薦，我們的房間很小，與圖片不一樣。廁所是方形的，不兼容，淋浴看起來很糟糕。我們額外付了錢讓我 7 歲的兒子睡在沙發上！小而且不舒服，當我告訴經理時，他的處理方式非常失望，他說我只預訂了 2 晚，所以 1 天后就不可能換房間了。

Non definirei un hotel dove la reception è una piccola dependance di un lounge bar e “ l’ingresso dell’hotel” è il portone a fianco di un palazzo in ristrutturazione a due passi di Piazza di Spagna ( l’unica cosa positiva ). In tantissimi anni che viaggiamo sia per lavoro che per vacanza, non ci è mai stato richiesto di saldare il conto prima di occupare la camera, arrivati in stanza abbiamo capito il perché. Salendo con un mini ascensore adattato allo stabile sicuramente molto antico, e percorrendo il corridoio per raggiungere la camera assegnataci, ci è venuto un grosso dubbio : domanda “ ma è un hotel o un B&B ingentilito con il nome altisonante Suite”? Entrando in camera, il dubbio è scomparso è un B&B. La camera buia perché la finestra dava sulla parte dove è montato il ponte per i lavori, piccola senza qualcosa per appoggiare le valige, molta polvere in giro ( abbiamo iniziato a starnutire ) il bagno anch’esso piccolo con doccia dove il pavimento era in alcune parti con calcare e muffa con il vetro trasparente ( che io e mia moglie odiamo) che lo divideva dalla stanza parecchio macchiato di ex gocce d’acqua. Morale della favola : abbiamo preso i funghi ai piedi. Siamo stati sempre con le luci accese. In nottata si sentivano i passi degli avventori del piano superiore, lo scorrere dell’acqua nei tubi sia dello scarico che della doccia e poi acqua calda che durante la doccia all’improvviso mancava con conseguente doccia gelata diminuzione della getto d’acqua,riferito alla “ reception” ci è stato risposto con un tono sufficientemente irritato che al terzo piano ci sono 9 camere e quindi è normale che poteva succedere perché altri stavano contemporaneamente facendo la doccia.Infine bagno molto sporco, il bidet senza chiusino, il lavandino pieno di calcare, scomodissimo perché con il getto d’acqua ci siamo oltremodo bagnati ed asciugati con il phon. Un nostro parere: Sconsigliato.
