Não compre gato por lebre. Fizemos a reserva nesse local para um quarto triplo com três camas e café da manhã . A terceira cama era uma cama de montar , Para adolescente . O café da manhã era um acinte , só tinha bolacha , torrada , café e geleia . Nas fotos do hotel - que não é hotel , é sim a casa uma senhora que transformou tudo em quartos e loca - . O quarto que nos deram ainda cheirava esgoto . Paguei mais caro porque não queria que minha filha dormisse em sofá cama e sim cama , mas foi pior . No booking eles colocam que o café da manhã inclui croissants . Piada !!!! A única coisa que foi boa nesse local foi a localização . Mas, não volto a ficar nesse local .

Siamo qui per la seconda volta. Soggiorno a Roma centro=Maison Colosseo. Assolutamente. Posizione centralissima a due passi dalla metro piu’ vicina e 2 min a piedi dal fantastico Colosseo. Nei dintorni diverse trattorie di qualità per ristoro. La zona e’ tranquillissima, zero problemi. La stanza e’ ottima e ben gestita con tutti gli spazi, pulizia ottima (difficile a trovarne cosi) e la colazione in camera e’ quel plus che ti permette di avviare la giornata con calma e comodamente, con prodotti di qualità. Predisposizione di gel doccia e shampoo, asciugacapelli (quello domestico, quindi molto meglio rispetto a quelli che si trovano abitualmente che impieghi 3 giorni per asciugarti) Letto/i comodi e puliti. Pulizia al mattino dalle 10 alle 12 molto accurata e con cambio asciugamani dopo i 3 giorni. Ottimi.

Habitación pulcra, baño increíble y sustentable (ayuda al medioambiente). Check in y check out por nuestra cuenta, pudimos entrar y salir a las horas que nos convenía, Ilaria fue muy dulce y clara para poder hacerlo. Servicio de guardado de equipaje. Desayuno en la habitación desde el día anterior, manejamos nuestros horarios como quisimos! Muy cerca de todo. SUPER recomendable para parejas, zona tranquila y nada bulliciosa. Gracias por todo!

Es un departamento grande con 5 habitaciones con baño individuales!!! Limpieza muy mala. Somos tres y ponen las cosas para dos y las del desayuno para uno o dos como quieren Desayuno muy muy pobre Toallas y toallones no lo cambian, solo cada tres dias!!!! No tienen servicio de recepción ni de alguien donde poder reclamar!!! Todo whatssap y arréglatela!!! No cuentan con un servicio de guardado de cosas ni de baño si tenes que hacer el check out y tenes que esperar varias horas!!!

Posizione della struttura ottima, in pieno centro. Zona tranquilla. Camera pulitissima e personale cortese e competente. La stanza è moderna e l’ambiente molto accogliente. Proprietaria fantastica, esempio da seguire per professionalità. Consiglio vivamente per chi vuole soggiornare a roma, girare a piedi o con i servizi pubblici la città e stare sereno in hotel.

Excelente lugar, nuestra estancia fue muy placentera, Ilaria nos atendió de manera excelente, muy amable y atenta. La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca del coliseo y más. El desayuno muy completo y variado. Lo recomendamos, es un lugar espectacular! Muchas gracias por todo!

Great location, spacious well appointed room with coffee machine. Can highly recommend if looking for reasonable priced accommodation close to colosseum, transport, cafes and bars as well as shopping. Easy directions from host and in quiet street.

We had a great stay at the guesthouse. Ilaria was very helpful to us. Our flight was very delayed and we didn’t get in until almost midnight, but she arranged for a driver to meet us at the airport and to let us into our room. The driver was very helpful and we appreciated his late night service. The room was very pleasant. In Europe they don’t use AC as much as we do in the US, so when we came in the window was open and it was pretty warm in the room being peak summer, but the AC cooled the room very quickly and we were able to cool it off when we came in at night before going to bed but without leaving it on all day. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. We really enjoyed the coffee machine in the room and the bottles of juice left in the fridge every day. The breakfast was just packaged toasts and cookies, but it was fine for starting the day. Especially as we generally went down to a bar for a cafe and corneto on our way to our activities. The bathroom was spacious, but it was a little funny that it had motion sensor lights. So one night the lights went out while I was in the shower and I had to stick my arm out and wave it around for them to come back on. Ilaria also helped us arrange a taxi upon our departure which was helpful, although we only saw her in person once during our stay she was very easy to contact on WhatsApp for help. Location is great, easy walking to the colosseum and forum. Also easy walk to different subway stations. This is not a hotel, it’s in an actual neighborhood and building where real Romans live. So you get a more authentic experience. Highly recommend.

we stayed in room minerva, a quite big room compared to other guest houses we've been to. the place is very clean, and very well taken care of. our guest was very polite. you can't get anything better so close to the colosseum.

Room is clean and has everything one would need. Breakfast is adequate. Only downside is the tenant upstairs has small children and you can here the children running and riding their bike upstairs. Annoying. Ilaria is helpful and responsive they What’s App. Access is a little complicated with so many doors and keys but the building is multiuse so it’s necessary. Location is very good.

Room itself was good but very noisy, the upstairs tenants had small children that rode there bikes around and ran up and down the halls. You are basically left to your own devices to figure everything out. It’s always a bit worrisome when you receive a video on how to use all the locks!! 4 different doors to enter. Breakfast is minimal. Probably would not stay here again.

This hotel was conveniently located near the Colosseum, metro station and a variety of great restaurants. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. The room was large enough to spread out our luggage and clothes, the bathroom was updated and cozy and the amenities they provide smell great! The breakfast they provide is perfect to start the morning and get your day going.

Estuvimos 2 noches hace unas semanas y tanto la habitación como la localización eran perfectas, ya que, está a solo unos minutos del Coliseo. Ilaria fue encantadora y nos ayudó y resolvió todas nuestras dudas. Si volvemos a Roma repetiremos.
