Accueil agréable , mais équipement et service très moyen. Pas de vrai petit déjeuner. Propreté très moyenne également. L emplacement est en revanche intéressant et central.

Schimmel, kein echtes Frühstück, unfreundliches Personal, unwahre Angaben über die Unterkunft und ihre Leistungen. Im Badezimmer und im Schlafzimmer war an den Wänden Schimmel. Das Bad ist sehr klein und sehr alt. Abgesehen vom Schimmel sieht die Unterkunft online weit hochwertiger aus als sie ist. Das Frühstück ist zusammengekauft für vermutlich 1,50€ pro Person und wird am Abend vorher hingestellt. Die Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine wird für alle Apartments geteilt und steht im kleinen Flur. Keine Parkplätze obwohl es eine Option ist diesen dazuzubuchen.

Abbiamo pernottato (per fortuna) solo una notte in questa camera. Non fatevi ingannare dalle foto di presentazione totalmente photoshoppate, niente è come sembra. Tutto l’arredamento è confusionale, trasandato, arrangiato e di dubbio gusto, in particolare un cartellone con le lettere identico a quello usato per le visite oculistiche (forse vogliono spacciarla per arte contemporanea o prima era la sede di un oculista…chissà!) La stanza inoltre non è dotata di un vero armadio e nelle nostre lenzuola abbiamo trovato tracce di rossetto e macchie varie. La mattina della nostra partenza ci è stato raccontato che i copriletti vengono lavati raramente (meglio che non mi esprimo..) La nota peggiore però di questa brutta esperienza, forse anche peggio del resto alla quale avevamo deciso di chiudere un occhio, è stata l’ospitalità. Arrogante, maleducato e presuntuoso sono solo pochi aggettivi per descrivere il cameriere bengalese che troverete ad “accogliervi” nella Signor Suite Colosseo, ma davvero avete il coraggio di chiamare quel ripostiglio Suite ? 159€ + 11€ di tassa di soggiorno REGALATE Vergogna, vergogna, vergogna !!!!

I go there regarding my business. I booked a room. That was luxury. The staff was very friendly. My feelings were as I am in my home. My recent stay at Signor Suite Colosseo was a delightful experience. I will love to visit again if I go there as they have delicious food. Their services are all thumbs up. Highly recommended.

The room I stayed in was cozy and thoughtfully decorated, giving it a real Italian charm. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the cleanliness throughout. The free Wi-Fi was a bonus, making it easy for me to stay connected with friends and family back home. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. The selection was impressive, offering both continental and Italian options. I couldn't resist the delicious pastries, and the coffee was the perfect morning pick-me-up. The staff at Signor Suite Colosseo were friendly and welcoming. They were always ready to provide assistance and local recommendations, which I found incredibly helpful as a first-time visitor to Rome. The B&B's location is ideal. I was able to walk to iconic landmarks like the Colosseum, Roman Forum, and Palatine Hill within minutes. There were also plenty of restaurants and cafes in the neighborhood to choose from for dinner. Overall, my stay at Signor Suite Colosseo was a memorable one. If you're looking for a comfortable and conveniently located place to stay in Rome, I highly recommend it. I can't wait to return and explore more of this beautiful city.

We booked this apartment via agoda. Nobody sent us any instructions how to check in as there is no reception. Property didn’t answered our messages we sent via agoda. We also called few times at 9pm to get in, but nobody answered us. We were forced to search for another hotel in the evening after a long trip with 1y baby. And now Signor host do not provide us with the reimbursement, although it’s clear not our fault, as we did the most to settle in - sent messages in advance, called few times, ringing the door bell. It seems as a fraud, as we paid in advance and host made everything not to get in contact with clients!
