Homeless stayed at the building entrance, no house keeper, the WiFi will suddenly disconnected without reason but convenience location to city centre.

Stayed for a week in this excellent guesthouse, it is close to the main train station, Roma Termini, and easy walking distance to all the sights in Rome. Alex, one of the managers is very welcoming and helpful, the room, all bedding's and towels were very clean, the air conditioning and WiFi was spot on. 63 guesthouse is in an apartment block which gives a great feeling of being in the community, it is on the top floor, there is a lift, but if you have the time and energy walk the beautiful worn marble stairs. When your safety is important you definitely will avoid this place. To access the room with only a tiny roof window you have to walk up a steep stair og about 50cm wide. Definitely not appropriate. It‘s obvious that this was a refurbished pebble. If some authorities gave the safety approval of this place than their responsibility will be engaged in case of fire. Additionally my wife is claustrophobic and could not stay in there. So we had to search for a new hotel at 11 at night (and here ********** failed. When contacted, ********** could not get any refund even partially for the 4 booked and paid nights. My recommendation is that you should see the place before paying. As the pictures on ********** do not reflect what you get
