卡薩迪佩內洛普酒店(A Casa di Penelope)

Muy buena atenciòn la gente super gentil. Todo muy bueno... y el lugar es facil de encontrar............... aparte que el lugar es muy bonito. La casa de penelope està serca de la estaciòn termini asì que no tienes que caminar tanto para llegar al tren o al metro.... Super recomendable😁😁😁

Inaccettabile, impresentabile! Una camera davvero spoglia, scarsamente curata, con tv e condizionatore non funzionanti. Ci è stata chiesta una cauzione da 50 euro…roba da anni 80…Materassi adagiati su un telaio in ferro a spigolo vivi, sostenuto da ruote. Inaccettabile, mai visto nulla di simile…

一位非常粗魯的員工告訴我，辦理入住手續必須在另一個地點進行，並對我的解釋請求做出粗魯的回應，甚至阻止我進入該設施，甚至只是放下行李，讓我等待了大約半個小時為他在門口的同事。離開的誘惑非常強烈，可惜我已經付了錢。過了一會兒，另一名員工到達了，試圖挽回局面，並給了我房間鑰匙。骯髒、寒冷和臭氣是描述它的三個形容詞。一次難忘的經歷。我建議遠離這個地方。

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare presso una delle camere di questa struttura il 17 e 18 agosto e ne siamo rimasti molto contenti! Il titolare è una persona squisita, molto disponibile, scrupolosa e di una gentilezza unica! La camera molto pulita e curata in ogni dettaglio! La struttura si trova in una posizione davvero comoda per chi arriva in treno a Termini e vuole servirsi della metro (il tutto raggiungibile in meno di cinque minuti a piedi). Sicuramente ritorneremo ancora! Giovanni

Unfortunately my experience at the hotel was disapppinting. First things first our room was very dirty, the walls had black stains on them, the shower was also very dirty. Secondly it was nothing like the pictures from the site that we booked the hotel. Definitely it was not worth the money, with this amount of money you can easily find a good hotel in Rome that also includes breakfast. Lastly there was a small kitchen that all the rooms could share but there were only two cups to use for coffee for 5 rooms. This hotel to be suggested to someone has to make some changes.

on the day of the arrival we ware late leaving airport as our flight got delayed. When I turn on the phone I got message ( you want to check inn you must call our number first when you are at the airport and when you are in front of the hotel . Ring bell will be closed. Secondly of all every hour late you must pay additional cost so I don’t know what time you will be . Otherwise you can come 8 am not to pay additional cost . So please let me know immediately we have to find an additional guy to wait for you . Thank you) we could not get there as our bus was gone & we ware afraid that no one open the door for us we staid on the airport all nigh. The man on the phone was not nice at all. Try to charge us for night of tourist tax which we didn't stay. Never again!

You get what you pay for. Sadly did not read the reviews before booking and it was non refundable. This was the only hotel out of our 4 hotel stay in Italy we did not fully enjoy. Pictures were clearly taken when the property was first done. Wear and tear normal however not maintained. The shower had not been fixed from the last reviews, physically handing off the wall, we had to push it back in every time we used it and the handheld showerhead was not fixed either, just left to hang there. Both beside lamps did not work, both bulbs were broken. Plug sockets are temperamental. Over all just what seemed to be an ongoing project as there was building bits in the hallways etc. The neighbours are LOUD! constantly throughout the night there was banging and crashing. Could quiet literally head every word of every conversation that the neighbours were having. For a non smoking property i could smell cigarette smoke in our bathroom occasionally and it was just a room at the end of the day we put our head down in. We made a conscious effort to be out of the room for the entirety of our stay. Close to the train station which was a plus but about 30 minutes from main attractions. Both myself and my partner enjoy walking (32,000 steps in one day in Rome!) One thing not made clear enough was the check in process - not in the property. Not sign posted and does not state that you must pay the property in cash the deposit of 50 euros. City tax of course was expected. The lady was a dream on reception however and possibly the nicest part of the stay! We were a little off putted by the gentleman that showed us in and also the random pieces of paper on the back of the door which really would not had taken must to present a little better for our information. Would not stay again but it was cheap and that's the quality we received in the stay.

It is in the very strategic point in the city. Its very close to Roma Termini , 30min walk to Colosseo. We had a double room with the bathroom - the room is really nice and clean. The owner is very helpfull, caring and nice. Staff here is amazing. Everyone is so frendly. I really recommend staying here.

La camera era spaziosa, il bagno ampio ma privo di un mobiletto o una mensola per poggiare almeno il beauty, il phon era sprovvisto del copri ventola il che lo rende pericoloso per asciugarsi i capelli, un vetro della doccia aveva il gancio scorrevole rotto ed era abbastanza complicato e pericoloso chiudere la doccia senza romperla ulteriormente, il gancio che fissa il pioggino della doccia era rotto, allo sgabello presente in camera mancava un piede il che lo rendeva inutile perché non potevi poggiarci nulla altrimenti cadeva e il telecomando della tv era sporco e non funzionava. In compenso, almeno la pulizia era Top!
