El sitio es perfecto para moverse en el centro....hay todo super cerca....fontana de Trevi.... Coliseo....todo.....Giulia la dueña es una persona espectacular.... super disponible y atenta en todo...si regresamos a Roma iremos allí seguramente

Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε κεντρικό σημείο αλλά ταυτόχρονα σε ήσυχη γειτονιά. Η διαμονή ήταν πολύ ευχάριστη και το δωμάτιο για 4μελη οικογένεια ευρύχωρο και άνετο. Το μπάνιο μεγάλο και καθαρό θα μπορούσε να είναι λίγο καλύτερα εξοπλισμένο με προϊόντα. Το πρωινό στο δωμάτιο πολύ ικανοποιητικό και η καφετιέρα βρισκόταν ακριβώς έξω από το δωμάτιο. Η Τζούλια άριστη οικοδέσποινα με υπομονή μας περίμενε να κάνουμε check in παρόλο που φτάσαμε με καθυστέρηση. Ευγενική και εξυπηρετική μας βοήθησε με χάρτη να κάνουμε ένα πρόγραμμα επίσκεψης στα αξιοθέατα της πόλης στο σύντομο χρόνο που θα μένανε εκεί. Πάντα χαμογελαστή και διαθέσιμη. Θα εμένα ξανά εκεί σίγουρα και θα το πρότεινα και σε άλλους!

Persona fantastica e super gentile. Ci ha dato un sacco di consigli su dove andare per vedere i posti più belli. Le camere non sono enormi, ma arredate benissimo e molto pulite. Il posto è vicino un po' a tutto tramite le metro. Super consigliatissimo!

So many things went wrong with this BnB. Giulia (the BnB owner) contacted me 1 day before the check in & said that she needed me to pay her cash because her credit card machine was broken. This was not the agreement, but it was too late for me to cancel and find another hotel, so I had no choice. When we arrived at the BnB, Giulia was not there to check us in; someone at the building just gave us the key and said it was "self-check in," which was not on the website. The BnB was NOTHING like how it was described or pictured. The "BnB" was in an old, dingy office building, and the "reception area" was just a cramped desk. Our room was dark and dingy, and the beds were more like tiny cots. The closet was missing a knob, and everything seemed to be decades old. It was like a cheap hostel room, except it was over 200 euros per night! Moreover, the internet did not work. When Giulia finally came to the BnB to meet us, we told her that we were not happy with the situation and wanted to change our reservation from 3 nights to 1 night. Giulia became extremely upset and started yelling at us. We told her that we did not have enough cash for 3 nights and that we could not stay there without the internet because we needed it for work. She kept yelling at us. I contacted *******. Only after ******* talked to Guilia she fixed the internet, and the credit card machine suddenly worked again! And she said the A/C was not in service until June, with surcharge. She was rude and disrespectful. This was one of the worse experiences I had with lodging. I’d look elsewhere!

Don’t ever stay here. Not worth it all. AC bathroom bedroom issues and manager desk right outside room. Manager Julie is very rude and overcharges for rooms at this poor level of no space and comfort. She wants only cash and all upfront and should not be on ******* or any other reputable website. I would not give any stars. False good ratings. Stay away and find better place for your visit.

Ho soggiornato in questo piccolo B&B a fine agosto con la famiglia ed amici. Le camere sono molto pulite e nonostante piccole, sono al tempo stesso funzionali e non mancano di nulla. Il B&B si trova nella piazza di Numana, ottimo punto di partenza per muoversi con piacevoli passeggiate e raggiungere facilmente la spiaggia o Sirolo. Ottima la colazione con prodotti di altissima qualità. Ottimi gli aperitivi che accompagnavano ogni nostra uscita serale. Insomma lo consiglio vivamente e tornerò sicuramente. オーナーさんがとっても協力的で優しかったです。電車の乗り方や、お買い物のtipsなどを教えてくれました。 Nespressoのコーヒー飲み放題、常にクッキーが置いてあり、お水も大きいボトルで頂けました。夏のローマはとっても暑かったので、お水をたくさん用意して頂けたのは本当に助かりました。ローマに行くならおすすめします。

Centrally located without being on a busy street so the room was nice and quiet. The host was very accommodating and helpful with directions and recommendations of things to do! We really liked the smell of baby powder as you entered the common room which also had fresh, local baked goods for snacking. Continental breakfast in the room daily included chocolate pastries and yogurt, plus the common area coffee maker was just outside the room. The bathroom was larger than we expected and very clean. I’d stay here again.

The staff was very friendly, she was nice to allow us to check in late due to our flight arriving late. She showed us a map of key monuments to see during our trip and how to travel around the city. The room was a good size and very clean. Some very good options of restaurants within walking distance.

The plage were nice for people who’s in Rome for sightseeing. we were 3 people so maybe a little small, but perfect for 2. The service were good, got the information we needed to visit Rome. Just have some coins, you need to pay some taxes when you there.

Guilia was a fantastic host and made our stay very pleasant. She had great recommendations and took very good care of the place. The location is also great, close to all the major attractions and lots of great restaurants in the area.

Stressful finding parking but once it came to checking in Guilia made things so easy. She gave us a map with tons of recommendations and made the overall stay that much better.

Close to subway and walking distance to most of the monuments in the city
