Sono stato da Folia per una notte ed è stata un’esperienza indimenticabile. Ho prenotato in piu la cena con lo chef privato ed è stata bellissima e buonissima. Tutto curato nei minimi dettagli. Un posto che ti rimane nel cuore ❤️ Super consigliato!

Chiara es una excelente anfitriona!!!! Siempre atenta a cualquier duda acerca de la movilización en Roma. El lugar en excelente ubicación. Impecable la limpieza. Desayuno europeo: yogurt, riquísimo café, panecillos y mermeladas. Puedes llevar tus compras y ponerlas en el refri si quieres ahorrarte el desayuno en la calle. Todo Perfecto. Nos hospedamos una prima, su hija adolescente y yo en una recámara para 3 personas. Fabuloso!!!

Personale veramente disponibile e gentile. Ci sono stati anche presentati locali tipici e una panoramica delle attrazioni turistiche. Camera e luogo comune in ottime condizioni, sempre riforniti. il b&b è ben collegato alla metropolitana e alla linea di autobus

Abbiamo passato un soggiorno meraviglioso! Chiara, la proprietaria, è una persona davvero molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha subito accolti dandoci una mappa della città e molti consigli su come muoverci e su dove andare a mangiare. La posizione della struttura è centrale, a pochi passi da Piazza San Pietro, e molto vicino alla metro. La nostra camera era pulitissima e molto bella, inoltre abbiamo trovato molto originale la soluzione di ristrutturazione attraverso materiali naturali e biologici, con tinte che ricordano i colori della terra. Davvero consigliato!

Wir haben uns bei Chiara sehr wohl gefühlt ! Das Zimmer war wunderschön und sauber. Das nächtliche Check-In verlief ebenfalls problemlos. Bei Fragen konnten wir Chiara jederzeit kontaktieren und haben eine schnelle Rückmeldung bekommen. Das Frühstück versteht sich als „kleine Aufmerksamkeit“ - ein zusätzlicher Preis musste dafür nicht gezahlt werden. Allerdings ist dies nicht mit einem herkömmlichen Frühstück zu vergleichen. Dennoch ist Chiara auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen und besorgte für mich Vollkornbrot. Das Frühstückskörbchen mit den kleinen „Aufmerksamkeiten“ wurde jeden Tag neu befüllt. 50m neben der Unterkunft befindet sich ein Supermarkt. Ebenfalls ist der Petersplatz fußläufig in 10min erreichbar, die Metro in 5min. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit einer sehr sympathischen Gastgeberin.

We had booked to stay with this hotel but a family member we spent the whole Christmas in close proximity with contracted Covid on the 27th of December, therefore were both in the incubation period whereby we could test negative but could still be in the process of contracting the illness. Therefore, it wouldn’t have been responsible to travel to Rome and potentially infect people on the flight or hotel. As well as this holiday was booked for new years eve and my birthday (new years day) but from the time of booking there are more restrictions in place in the city such as ALL nightclubs and New Year’s Eve events are all closed, this drastically changes the nature of our trip. On the basis of it being unsafe to travel, we requested a cancellation and reschedule on the 27th of December at our earliest opportunity. The owner did not get back to us until the 28th and then proceeded to take the full amount with no warning from our account before discussing any options. We do not feel this represents good customer service and fair treatment at all. The owner then said she would try and compensate us if she re-sells the room, which of course we have no control or ability to monitor, as well as two free days in Jan, which does not make sense to us as the restrictions are still in place during this month we would not look to rebook until April, when the affects have lessened and restrictions lifted. We have since been ignored by the owner. We have had to pay the full sum for the booking, we were happy to pay a fine or move the holiday but no accommodation was made at all, this is very poor considering the current climate and it would not have been responsible to travel during this period. We contacted *********** who explained they tried to come to an arrangement with the hotel but the hotel refused and took full payment. Be very careful before booking a holiday with this hotel.

很棒的民宿！房間一塵不染而且非常現代。連接浴室大小合適，一塵不染，提供沐浴乳。房間有一扇大窗戶，可以俯瞰街道，這家民宿位於一棟住宅樓的四樓，所以沒有馬路上的噪音，我們每晚都睡得很好。房東 Chiara 非常可愛和熱情，推薦吃飯的地方並幫助安排交通。地理位置非常完美，步行 2 分鐘即可抵達梵蒂岡城，步行 30 分鐘即可抵達其他景點。週邊地區感覺非常安全，比其他景點附近安靜一些。總的來說，這是一次很棒的住宿，很想再住在這裡！

We had an amazing stay here and would definitely come back in a heartbeat. The owner was really welcoming and knowledgeable about the best places/ restaurants in Rome and the room and kitchen were always spotlessly cleaned. The B&B is situated right outside the Vatican walls close to an amazing gelato shop and taxi rank which is a bonus!
