特拉斯泰韋雷皇家套房旅館(Trastevere Royal Suite)

Viajé con mi pareja para hacer el recorrido Roma, Florencia, Venecia. Hicimos dos noches en Roma, en esta habitación (no es un hotel, por lo que no ofrece sus servicios). La zona es inmejorable, un montón de restaurantes y súper bonito, tranquilo y cerca al centro. La atención es nefasta, salimos de la habitación el día que nos íbamos a las 8 de la mañana y dejamos las llaves allí, como nos indicó (por supuesto no había nadie). La puerta de entrada estaba cerrada, por lo que nos quedamos atrapados en el hall del edificio durante una hora, hasta que salió una persona a tirar la basura. Llamamos y escribimos a la persona de contacto de la habitación y nunca no respondió. NO LO RECOMIENDO, hay muchos sitios donde alojarse por la zona al mismo precio y con mejores servicios

Don’t book- although it Looked just like the pictures and is in a very Historic area of Trastevere this Place is noisy and does not have ANY amenities or A host as other places I’ve stayed in. The Shower flooded the bathroom floor and when I reported this I was denied fresh towels until the following day. (My husband still needed to shower but had to wait for fresh towels.) Ridiculous! WIFI NEVER WORKRD EITHER. what I can recommend is the nice cafe called Fonte Della Salute for cappuccino and breakfast right along side of the building. I can not recommend Royal Suites of Trastevere, as it was such a disappointment.

BEWARE: This place is a bait and switch scheme that they call a “royal suite” and sell you on the pictures but don’t tell you about the unbearable sewage smell that engulfs your entire room. It is unhealthy to stay here—even for 1 night. We booked a 1-night stay before a flight out of Rome the next afternoon. Upon check in, we told them that we smelled an unbearable sewage smell (which was so strong that you could taste it). The hotel responded with full prior knowledge of the smell and offered nothing more than a suggestion to “close the bathroom door.” We did (and even stuffed towels under the door), and it got no better. We had no choice but to leave the hotel at 11pm because we were getting headaches and nauseous. We sent a message to the hotel that we were leaving because of the smell and going to sleep on the airport floor instead. They promised that we would be “compensated” (because we quite literally were unable to stay in the room). However, in the weeks that followed, they ignored all further communications about a refund—including Expedia’s requests for them to issue a refund—which left us stuck paying in full for this sewer that we could not stay in overnight. For what it’s worth, I’ve never left a bad review in my life. But this place should not be able to get away with this scam. If this review stops even one person from paying to stay in this unsafe and nauseating cesspool (or on the airport floor instead), it will be worth it.

There is no breakfast, only a mini fridge that isn't very cold with water. The location of this GUESTHOUSE is on a very noisy street with busses and shops. Stay away from this guesthouse. We had a problem with our air conditioning, they told me I could choose to sleep without or go to a different hotel, this is in July, 38° Celsius. The room wasn't clean, hair and scraps of paper from the previous guests. No shampoo, no iron. No one at reception most hours, only at check in and check out. When calling the emergency number they answered in a rude way, not thinking for a moment about your experience as their customer. Stay far away!!

This hotel is terrible. At no time did they enable me to have access to the building or my room despite having a booking. I was forced to stand and wait outside for hours. The hotel then cancelled my reservation on *********** under false pretenses that I was a 'no show' and gave my room to someone else. The following day I was able to access the hotel and asked to check in for the 3 nights I had booked. They stated that as I did not show they had given my room away for the additional nights. Despite this the hotel continued to charge me for the entire stay, even though I did not stay at the hotel as they had given my room away. Upon making numerous attempts to contact them to ask for a refund for the booking, they refused. I cannot state enough how terrible the customer service is and how fraudulent their behaviour is with reservations. Do not book or stay here.

Top location, super bad service, dirty room

We had a lovely few days in Rome staying here. The rooms were very clean and had everything you need. The guest house was well positioned with good access to the tram and buses. There are plenty of eating places nearby and it is a lovely walk to the the sights across the river. Good arrangements were in place and the staff were very nice.

We spent 3 nights at the Royal Suites for our long awaited trip to Rome. Our room was perfect. We were in room 102 which had a little extra area with a small sofa which was ideal as a little dressing area for me :) The bed had memory foam mattress and pillows which I am now looking to buy as they were so comfy. After walking all day, it was a pleasure to sink into that bed at night. There is a communal breakfast/kitchen area you can use for fresh water and also a coffee machine my husband used a few mornings while waiting for me! Trastevere is a beautiful part of the city to explore at night, with endless bars and restaurants. There was a tram stop close by the apartments which were handy to get straight into the centre, about 5 minutes by tram. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, perfect location and would recommend.
