From the minute we checked into Maria’s Guest House we felt comfortable & @ home. Maria is a really lovely genuine Lady so helpful.. Our room was perfect every thing we needed & if you’d forgotten something Maria had a basket of different items to use …. Breakfast was super everything from yogurt various fruits lots of cold meats & cheese that’s without a cupboard full of various cereals THEN the delicious bakery items honestly it was FABULOUS… If you were hungry during the day & you could make yourself a snack, Maria encourages you to take some water when you go out for the day .. the best hospitality we have ever encountered… We hope to return one day … THANKYOU again Maria

We had a great stay at Maria's guest house. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location is amazing - within walking distance to many of the sights in Rome. I would recommend everyone to stay here!

We loved staying at Guest House Cavor in Rome. Maria was an amazing host, very welcoming and helpful. The room had everything we needed for our night's stay, it was very clean and we loved the art on the walls! I have to mention the location as it was a great spot for our two days in Rome - it wasn't even 5 min walk to the Colosseum. Thank you to Maria again and we hope to return next year!!

Very nice guesthouse in a nice part of town. Colosseum just down the street. Very friendly host! Nice and clean room. Would recommend it.

Maria was a phenomenal host! Made us feel right at home with the welcome. As tourists, some of the most important things are access to snacks and water and Maria ensured that our stay had 24x7 availability of still and sparkling bottled water and anple snack options! Location of the guest house is perfect, with Colosseum in like its backyard (so close on foot!!). Everything else was walking distance! After a full day of roaming in Rome, we closed the day with a night view of the Colosseum on our way back. Several outstanding food joints, including some of the most famous Pizza restaurants in Rome! The suite in itself is nice and clean and feels like home. Its washroom was the smallest (for instance no bidet), but keeping in mind everything else t that was so awesome about this place, including Maria as the host, highly recommend staying at this place! P.S. This is a prime example of what great customer service should look like! Had a wonderful experience in Italy!

This place was great! Maria was very kind, and had all sorts of snacks and drinks available for guests. I also loved her two dogs! The room was clean and had everything we needed. It's also walkable to many of the major attractions. Would gladly stay here again!

Booked two rooms for a family stay. Could not have been happier. Rooms were clean and comfortable, price was very good, location was perfect. Maria genuinely cared about us to ensure we enjoyed our stay and time in Rome.

This hotel is an absolute gem. Very nice accommodations, excellent location and Maria could not have been a better host. The price was very reasonable given the location, breakfast, snacks and water/coffee included. I would gladly stay here again and would recommend to anyone. Couldn’t have been happier!

Clean, comfortable and within easy walking distance of Rome Termini, the Metro, the Colosseum, and several major sites, this small guest house is a gem. Maria is a wonderful host and a delightful person. The kitchen, with breakfast and snack foods, was open all day, so it was easy to grab a water and small snack to take on our walks through Rome. Although it is on a major thoroughfare, it was not noisy. As others have said, there are several flights of stairs to climb, but there is a small elevator if needed, though you do need to climb some steps to reach it. We would definitely stay here again!
