I cancelled my stay after the deadline had passed, due to a cancellation of my flight. I asked if it were possible not to charge my first night (even though it is not the policy). Of course this was a long shot, and it was completely reasonable that they said no. However, they were very rude in the response they gave. I added it below: GOOD DAY, I AM SORRY BUT ACCORDING TO THE POLICY WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO TAKE THE FIRST NIGHT!I THINK IS FAIR I TAKE ONLY 1 NIGHT NOT BOUTH !!! HERE WHO PAYS FOR RESERVATIO? YOUR COMPANY FILHTS !!!! ASK TO COMPANY FLIHT TO GIVE YOU REFUND THEY CANCEL YOUR FLIGHT !!! ALL THE BEST , KINDLY REGARDS , ROMAN HOLIDAYS. Again, it is reasonable and valid to decline my request, but it is also reasonable to expect them to stay polite while declining.
