安吉麗娜·迪莫拉當代藝術旅館(Angelina Dimora Contemporanea)

Gute Lage, ruhig, Busverbindungen vorm Haus. Schönes altes Haus, Zimmer in dazu passendem Stil eingerichtet. Bequeme, aber etwas kurze Betten. Bad war etwas ungemütlich - wenig Ablagefläche, rostige Ablage und etwas Schimmel in der Dusche, Wasser hart wie Sandstrahlen. Insgesamt aber eine gute Unterkunft, um die Stadt zu erkunden und sich dazwischen zu erholen.

Ho dormito due notti con mio figlio e mio nipote. La camera è ampia pulita e arredata con oggetti " vintage" che la rendono accogliente e originale. L'accoglienza da parte di Ylenia è stata ottima. Unico appunto da segnalare che nella stanza dove ha dormito mio nipote ( comunicante con la mia), non c'è l'aria condizionata e faceva piuttosto caldo, tanto da non farlo dormire bene, mentre in quella dove dormivo io era presente, ma non sufficiente per rinfrescare la stanza attigua. La stanza è silenziosa, il palazzo bello e la posizione molto vicina al Vaticano.

EXPERIENCIA TRAUMATICA 1.Reservé una habitación TRIPLE Deluxe para 2 adulto + 1 bebe de un año. 2.Durante el proceso de reserva me aparecían incluidos los iconos de una cama grande y un sofa-cama. 3.Mi reserva una vez finalizada recoge claramente que somos 2 adultos+ 1 bebe de un año y que tenemos incluidas en nuestra reserva UNA CAMA GRANDE Y UN SOFA-CAMA. 4. Por casualidad unos días antes de ir al alojamiento le pregunto al dueño por como es el SOFA-CAMA y de repente empieza la pesadilla :me dice que el SOFA-CAMA no esta incluido en la reserva(lo cual es falso como podéis ver que acredito con todas las fotos y como me reconoce booking-podeis verlo también).Y me quiere cobrar(estafar) 200-300 € adicionales por ese sofa-cama. 5.Le digo que eso no es honesto , y encima el propietario se pone chulo y bastante agresivo y me cancela UNILATERALMENTE la reserva y me deja sin alojamiento a pocos días de llegar a Roma con un bebe de un año!!!! y sin tener razón y habiendo intentado estafarme. Se inventa todo tipo de excusas como que si voy con un bebe, como que dice que el sofa-cama es un cama supletoria y que no esta incluido y un sinfín de excusas delirantes. Como podéis ver aporto los screen shots como pruebas porque no deseo que nadie tenga que pasar por esta experiencia tan nefasta. En resume de las peores experiencias que he vivido. Ya lo estoy denunciando en las oficinas de Consumo de España e Italia.

Not nice people to deal with (apart from the cleaner who couldn't speak a word of English but tried her best to understand and remained smiling) - otherwise just got hostile response to complaint raised and the apartment was not as advertised so there has obviously been some misleading imagery used to sell this accommodation. Ruined my trip to Rome, reduced my estimation of Italian people and seemed indicative of their tendancy to 'rip off the overseas tourist / seemingly especially the British individual' and I say this because of first hand experience (seeing the Italian tourist in apartment which looked more like the photographs they display when advertising). I am seeking compensation but just keep hitting an Italian Brick Wall - they are not honourable business people.

Avoid staying here - the apartment I got was nothing like what was advertised on *********** There was no artwork on the walls, cheap bedside tables (not like the ones in the photograph), loose floor tile, no views at all, just bricks and mortar, dirty shower unit and also on view to window at apartment opposite ... Monica C (one of the hosts?) disgraceful attitude using messaging that inferred and insinuated I was making a 'mess for the photo' and then had her responding with 'laughing emoji' at my concerns... absolutely gutted that I paid almost £500 for four nights - i thought i would be getting something really luxurious and was treating myself - instead got treated abysmally by both this host and *********** this place ruined my stay in Rome because i was treated so badly and was so upset at the amount of money i had paid and got a rubbish room in return

Couldn’t actually stay at hotel as flight from U.K. was cancelled due to Italian air strikes. Emailed the hotel to explain there were no flights all weekend so would not be able to use room, got a blunt one line email back stating they don’t refund! No compassion, understanding or even the suggestion of letting our room go but offering us to move booking for another date. Few emails back & forth and still didn’t receive a credit note for our next booking or a refund…so basically they had the room we paid for in full to re sell whilst we were left out of pocket by £300 plus !!! Very disappointed with lack of customer care and certainly won’t be rebooking when we rebook flights to Rome!!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER ! Don’t choose this horrible place ! The lady owner is very rude . The room is horrible, zero sound isolation, zero service, the bathroom was full of moisture and mold . We were 3 people and I personally didn’t have my own bed ! The room had a sofa instead of a proper bed . We weren’t happy and we asked to leave the place and pay only the night we spent . The lady owner started to yelling and threatening us with the police!! Unbelievable! She didn’t let us go and forced us to stay at this horrible place. She was terribly unacceptable and rude ! She RUINED our vocations ! She even blamed us for the damages that already existed!! Unbelievable! This is the worst choice in Rome ! Don’t make this mistake on your holidays!

Belle chambre. Spacieuse avec le charme attendu pour un couple en week-end à Rome Vieille immeuble donc on étends à travers les murs et portes. Mais l immeuble est assez calme. Très bien situé. Au centre des principaux lieux à visiter. Je recommande

L'alloggio è confortevole, la pulizia è ottima, il punto è ottimale per visitare Roma a piedi, praticamente equidistante da tutto. In più la notte si dorme bene, perché sufficientemente distante dai luoghi più "rumorosi" di sera-notte. Per chi invece si reca in auto, c'è un ottimo parcheggio custodito in Piazza Cavour. Taxi comodissimo, perchè a 50 mt dal portone.
