我和我的妻子在 Xenia Guest House 住了 2 個晚上，我們完全被這個地方震撼了。我們之前在羅馬住過，發現這裡是觀光的完美地點，餐廳也很棒。我對住宿條件的最佳描述是，您必須親眼所見才能相信。最後，從業主費德里科到經理瑪麗亞，他們就像家人一樣，確保我們的住宿是完美的。千恩萬謝！

夢幻般的現代賓館，位於美麗的羅馬市中心一棟令人驚嘆的三百年歷史建築內！瑪麗亞和弗雷德里科是完美的主人，讓辦理入住和退房變得很容易，並為當地餐廳和咖啡館提供了很多很棒的建議，這真的很有幫助。賓館地理位置優越，步行10 分鐘即可到達特拉斯提弗列，步行10 分鐘即可到達市中心（納沃納廣場），步行20 分鐘即可到達羅馬鬥獸場、羅馬廣場等。房間很漂亮，非常乾淨，有很多可愛的設施，如盥洗用品、咖啡和冰箱。儘管位於市中心，但夜晚也很安靜。它在五樓，但有電梯。感謝瑪麗亞和弗雷德里科讓我們度過了愉快的時光 - 我們會回來的！

The Xenia guest house is in a very good location, close to the river and opposite the Ministry of Justice. It is easy to reach by public transport. Many of the city's famous sites, including the Vatican or the Colosseum, can be reached on foot. The guest house is on the fifth floor of a grand, mansion block with a huge arched door, and a prominent statue in the central courtyard which gives an encouraging impression for new arrivals. The lift is old fashioned but works well (but you need to close both sets of lift doors - the wooden doors and the metal grill door). It was quite a novelty for us. We were welcomed warmly by Maria, who had arranged to meet us there and gave us a hot drink on arrival. Also she gave us a city map and some useful tips about exploring the city. She offered to send us a few recommendations for local restaurants, and supermarket . We visited four of those recommended, including one called Cambio, in Trastavere, about 10 minutes' walk away, on the other side of the river, which we visited twice, especially enjoying their beef tartare and beef cheek dishes and live music from 9.00pm. Our room was large and very clean, and very quiet and cosy even though located on a main road. There was no writing desk in the room but we used the shared lounge area with tables and chairs. just outside our room. The bathroom with shower were very spacious and clean. Thanks to Maria for her helpful advice to save us time. We had a comfortable stay and would definitely recommend this guest house.

Excellent place to stay ! Staff really nice ! Super clean room, extra had a lift and the location is really the value of this place , you can walk to almost every attraction, bus station is really close, good restaurants around the corner ! You won’t regret!!
